Having had the bay medical system for only a short period of time,
[ 2 months ] it arrived on time and was an easy set up.
I tried the button to make sure it worked and to see the response time.
The time was approx. 30 seconds, which in my opinion was a normal time?
It was loud enough to be heard from 20 - 30 feet away!
No problems with it so far.
My life is in their hands. I love checking my equipment to make sure it is working properly. I have used it once in an emergency.They answer with such assuring confidence. I know they are there for me.
I am very satisfied with Bay Alarm Medical. I finally convinced my Dad to get this service. The day after the device was connected, my Dad fell in the shower. Bay Alarm Medical immediately contacted him through the device to see if he needed help. He ended up being ok, but Bay Alarm Medical is there just in case!
This company disregards and violates state laws on reoccurring contracts. this company is uncaring , inflexible and unethical in its billing practices. this company is trying to get my mother to pay for a year of service that she did not order Company refused to cancel service when requested, even thou there was no phone, no. Connection and no ability to monitor my mothers apartment. She did not live there any more, and paid until the end of the contract period. Company renewed without authorization and after being told mom was now in a nursing home.
Bay Alarm has been immediately available anytime that I pushed the alarm button. (about 6 times over an approx. 2 year period. I think they're GREAT !

Very satisfied. Makes me feel more comfortable knowing there is help for my mom if she should need it. They always alert me if there is a problem. I would highly recommend to everyone!
We had use of the system for about 6 months, it was an excellent choice. My aunt felt secure with the system, was easy to use, and it worked great. We had several alerts and the system worked as advertised. I am trying to get my father to use it. I would recommend it.
After conducting extensive online research comparing medical alert devices, I selected the clear winner - the Bay Alarm Medical Alert and I am very pleased with my selection.
My mom is 97, in good health & lives alone. One night she fell out of bed & could not get up. She hit her button and minutes the paramedics were called & I was notified along w/my sister, son, and daughter. The alert button worked like a charm. Mom had no major injuries just a couple of scrapes. She was taken to the hospital as a precaution and released a day or 2 later. Thank you Baby Alert
