When my mother pressed her button and they couldn't get in touch with me they dispatched and it was the right thing to do. I am thankful for their being alert to get her the help she needed

Since enrolling in Bay Alarm Medical, I have had emergencies, i.e. accidents, in my home and Bay Alarm has responded timely to my alerts sending assistance promptly. That was not the case before I had the system, and as a result I have not had to be sent back to a hospital, as was the case before I had the system. I feel more assured knowing that Bay Alarm is there to help for minor mishaps as well as major emergencies that can always be on the horizon. Ida E. Lamb

The customer service is great! They answered all the questions I had with the system and the device that was sent to me. I also called to make sure the system was working properly. Thanks!

The Bay Alarm seems to be a great idea for older people like me who have a disability and are in danger of falling. However, I have had some questions regarding the use of the device : DO I have to be near the receiver to be heard ? When I press the button does the message automatically put me in touch with local emergency professionals? I called customer service looking for answers, and after 15 minutes of wait time I was offered a call back without losing my place . I never received a call back! So, the device and concept is wonderful if I can get my questions answered!

I signed up my 86 year old mom a month ago. Customer service was excellent, as were the personnel I dealt with in the installation/testing process! Most of all, I'm enjoying the peace of mind the alert system has given BOTH to myself and my mom. Thanks again----Michael R

We contracted with Bay Alarm Medical for my paraplegic brother, for use at his house when he lived alone, and later, at our home when he was with us. We didn't have to use the service often, but when we did, it was a lifesaver. Loved the option to select who was called first, second, etc., so that it didn't have to always be a 9-1-1 call. Would definitely recommend the Extended Range--first time it was used, my brother got stuck in his wheelchair in a side yard outside his house, where no one could hear or see him. Bay Alarm to the rescue, sending a squad out very quickly to hunt him down! As his dementia increased, it gave him comfort that he was always in contact with someone in... Read More

We got the medical alarm for my 93 yr old father-in law. It has been a very big comfort to know he is protected should he fall or become injured. It has always gone off when triggered and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. Very easy to use and maintain.
