I am extremely pleased with Bay Alarm medical. There attentiveness to detail gives me peace of mind. I am a 76 year old man who lives alone so it is very important to me to have a medical alert provider that I can completely rely on . I have found that with Bay alarm medical.
i have never been treated so poorly than by bay alarm medical! they did every underhanded thing they could to try to prolong canceling after i had just lost my mother! they were rude and thoughtless ! we had never used their device other than all the problems with the battery dieing and the constant calls to tell me the battery was low. never consider this money grabbing heartless company that is out to line their pockets with every dime they can scam you out of in one of the most difficult times of your life!!!
I have this for my Mother who lives with me. We have been very lucky and have not had to try the emergency callt system. My sister did research many alert systems and liked this one very much. I am very confident when I leave my Mom alone that if she needs emergency help it will be there for her.
So far, so good! Wish it had a further range.
Signed up for my mom in April after doing all my homework. It was very easy and they are quick to respond. Thank God it was not a life threatening situation, just a false alarm. So far we are very happy.
Fortunately I have not had to use the system, however when I do my monthly check-in the customer service people are pleasant and professional
when ATT unhooked my phone......you kept calling me to "Please re-connect your phone"
it was a long hard time I had with ATT, but in the end we all won.....I refused their phone in the computer...because when lights go out, we are left with nothing..no phone...no computer...and no TV....and I need a real land line and they made it very difficult for me to get it.....so all be aware...if you do not have POLTS (plain old telephone service)..you
are left all alone when the lights go out....not even Bay Alarm can get through to you...and I know...the best they could do was to remind me that I needed my POLTS...

Should include a home lock box. Otherwise it's a good service.
This has been a great service for my mawmaw and would recommend it to everyone that is looking. If I have any problems with battery or them keeping up with her they send a email as well as call.
