I have nothing to say but good things. Everyone I have spoken to has been kind and helpful. I am 91 years old and live on my own and it gives me a piece of mind to have the Bay Alarm system. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Keep up the good work!
This service a very good. The only thing I don't like about it is that there is no way you can test the system on a monthly basis.
Did a recent check on the system and everyone is always polite and courteous, making sure everything is okay.
Quick and efficient. Had to call in to get my fathers pendant replaced, sevice member Shawn was a great help an even priority shipped it for us! Thank you.
Awesome service!!! Example 1: While setting up the service, I wasn't sure if I set it up correctly, so I triggered the alarm button...almost immediately, a responder was on the line asking if I was OK...I felt embarrassed yet they were so friendly!...they instructed me on proper set up, but kept asking "are you sure you're OK"...then had a follow up phone call to make sure I was OK! Example 2: I have to have the base unit (because of phone service) in another room. I was concerned if I fell in my bedroom or bathroom, they could not hear me, or I could not hear them. No sooner than I hooked every thing up, I started testing the device. Received phone call from Bay Medical instantly
I am extremely happy with the medical alert I got for my 87 year old Dad who lives alone and an hour away from me. He fell outside the home and now feels very secure that if anything happens help will arrive within minutes. Thank you for giving all of us a strong sense of security.
Signing up for this medical alert was easy. They answered their phone late at night.
The installation of the device was a little harder due to my modem but there was someone to help.
It makes me feel safer knowing that my grandparents can have help with the push of a button. Bay Alarm has been really great at responding promptly in the past.
We had it for a year and never used it. Didn't hook up to phone. Then we misplaced the unit so couldn't even return it. I think you need to be fairly technical to understand what you are buying too
