Very happy with Bay Alarm. Got the alerts to give me peace of mind and its perfect. When used, they answer prompt and professional. If its because the necklace gets hits accidently they still are great and log it that way, no problem. And when it was needed it was wonderful, I could take care of her rather than juggle the phone too. Fantastic service.
while running in the backyard with my dog Sammy, I slid on wet grass, fell and fractured my ankle in two places. No one was at home in my house, but I did have the mobile GPS button on my belt. I pressed the call button, and it was answered; I explained what happened, the gal said she would call the paramedics since no one was at home to help me.
Bay Alarm has met and exceeded all of my expectations. They are prompt to answer any alarm efficiently and the people, who respond to the alarms are very nice even when the alarm is set off accidently.
They are friendly while working to extract all the important information.
The one thing that is not working as well as I expected is the alarm itself. Sometimes I think the alarm should go off, it doesn't and then a very small bump will set it off.
Excellent, reliable product and service. Has come to aid in a couple of situations when my mom was home alone, including one recently where she fell and couldn't reach a phone. Help came swiftly, we the family were notified quickly and we were all able to get her the care she needed quickly and to be gathered with her quickly too. Gives us all peace of mind that she can get help and we can be notified about any situation when she's home alone. Great company!!
When a mistake is made setting off the machine, they are right there asking if I am ok. Couldn't have better help than that. Thanks for being there immediately.
Good service. Only problem, I have managed to set off the alarm several times by mistake, usually in the middle of the night when I hit it. Very jarring, but your people are very nice and accommodating.

Thankfully, I have never had to use my alert system. I wear my necklace (24/7 and hope I never to push that button. I do wish, however, that the neck cord was white or natural, for those times I forget to take it off when I go out the door. Any chance of you sending me a freebie wrist alarm for those new customers I brought to your company?
I have not been in need of your service. I trust you will be there if and when I may be in need.

We had special instructions to follow in case my mother fell, Bay Alarm followed them without missing a beat.
I feel real fortunate to have found them. I had the equipment expedited to my mothers house to make sure it would be there in time for me to install on my visit and was surprised at how easy it was to set up.
Everyone I have dealt with has been super friendly and polite.
It is so rare to get good customer service these days and Bay Alarm deserves my highest praise .
