I am very satisfied with the response time. I have one suggestion. I was wearing my alert and forgot I had it on. I was going to visit my son and must have bumped the alert. On my way to his place, I passed a fire truck and emergency vehicle. When I got to my sons home they informed me that the alert was received and and acted on. I hurried back home. When I arrived, the last emergency truck was leaving. They were very kind and was glad to see that I was alright.
If the personal alert could be activated, that would be a big help and time saver for the EMT's
I subscribed to Bay Alarm for my 90 year old mother who is home alone for several hours on weekdays. She only used the service once for medical concerns and Bay Alarm acted promptly and professionally.
Bay Alarm Medical Alert is a very professional caring company to work with. When my mother's power was out they followed up to make sure everything was OK. Very reassuring that someone was looking out for her.
I have received great service so far with Bay Alarm. I recently relocated my unit and mistakenly plugged it into a switched outlet , which was off. Shortly after, I received a call from Bay Alarm telling me of my power outage. My Wife has had a stroke and was not able to dial 911. With this system all She has to do is push the button and Bay will respond to call my cell phone or 911 if needed. Thanks, Mike
Used one time when i fell in the garage between vehicle and wall - medics came about 15 minutes later knocking on my front door when the instructions given to Bay Alarm said to use lockbox on side door. I yelled for about ten minutes before I could get their attention. Who was at fault? Did Bay Alarm give them incomplete information or the did the medics miread the instructions?

It is comforting to know that when I need to leave my home to run errands and my wife is "home alone" Bay Alarm is there with her. In the event she needs help, A push of the button brings someone on the speaker within 30 seconds. I sometimes test the system by mistakenly pushing the button, and the response is quick, friendly, comforting and knowledgeable. The price is reasonable and semi-annual billing makes it easy. The offer of the new wall buttons are a great addition for anyone who might need additional monitoring.
A few months in and thankfully no emergency yet. I do test it each month and the response time is under a minute. Pendant use Distance is as advertised.
4 1/2 stars because speaker could be better. I have to repeat myself and talk slowly even when only a few feet away (like the old fast food drive through). This being noted, there if is ever an emergency I'm feeling confident the responder will get the alert and dispatch help.
Bay Alarm Medical Alert has been outstanding in my experience. I haven't had to use the alert system since I purchased it. I have been lucky. One should not have to use it. But it gives peace of mind in my case. All of your people have been very responsive to answering my test of your unit. I researched many alert systems, but your system and quick support and I think you are the best.
When we had an emergency, their response was immediate. Bay Alarm notified the life squad and they were here in minutes.
