I am very pleased with Bay Alarm. Have never had to use it for an emergency but have hit the button by mistake and I get an immediate response. It also gives my children confidence that if I do have a problem, I can immediately get help. Thank you.

We have never had to use our Bay Alarm for an emergency, but two or three times have set off the alarm accidentally. Bay Alarm contacted us immediately, questioned us thoroughly to identify us and then questioned our situation, making sure that everything was ok. We appreciated how thorough the agent was and how friendly and helpful. Laura Uschmann

Bay Alarm Medical was awesome in every way. My mom used them several times due to falls and each time they handled the situation efficiently and professional, as well as always being kind and respectful. They did everything they advertised and i'm very grateful.

We purchased the Bay Alarm Medical alert system for my mother-in-law who is 91 years old and living alone. When we received the unit, we set it up and tested it. A few weeks later she fell and said it did not work, so I tested it again and confirmed it was not working. We called the company and they sent a new pendant for her. When it arrived, I tested it and it worked. Then one night she fell and the pendant did not work again. She laid on the floor for 36 hours before help arrived. She is now in a nursing home recovering. When I called Bay Alarm Medical, I was told that they do not issue refunds and would not even talk to me about cancelling the service until I returned the... Douglas died on 5/30/16. His account was autobilled and paid on the 31st. I contacted them immediately to tell them I was disconnecting the machine because he had died. I returned the machine and yet we were billed for the entire month., at least as of this date, 6/23/16, his account was not refunded anything. The service itself was good.

Bay Alarm Medical is a good company and product. The only trouble is they did not clearly state at first that one of the jacks on the back of their box is universal. After figuring that out there have been no problems whatsoever. The peace of mind is well worth the cost of the product and service.

Our first experience was very horrible. My mother had to call 3 times before they finally sent someone to her home and then she had to call back and tell them to tell the paramedics where the key was before they kicked in the door. The only reason we still have it is because it automatically renewed. We will be looking for another service.
