The deliver on there product and service flawlessly. My Mom has had to use the system twice in a 2-3 year span and they respond immediately to get her help and to use our established phone tree to notify family. I couldn't be more pleased. Best $s I spent for the gift of peace of mind.
I am very pleased with the service from Bay Alarm. I have this for my 79 year old Mother who had fallen in her home a few years ago and we did not find her until the next day. She was hospitalized, dehydrated and disoriented. After that we had Bay Alarm installed and the few times she has needed them they have been WONDERFUL! all of the people there are kind in making sure she is ok as well as promptly contacting me and my husband. Thank you Bay Alarm! It gives me peace of mind.
Works well. People caring and thorough.
The monitoring service itself is good, but I have problems with the way the company does it's billing and maintenance.
They need to get into the internet age where you can do everything like most other sites such as billing and changing preferences, access account history, etc. Having to call in to do anything account related gets old real fast!

I stopped Bay Alarm in April because my mother died. I still have not reprieved a refund of the unused portion.
Great response when my mother-in-law fell outside her home breaking her leg and ankle. She used her watch fob to call for help which arrived shortly & took her to the ER in Marshal, Texas
They have been wonderful and the security of having the service available 24/7 gives me peace of mind for my mother's safety. Thank you Bay Alarm!
i recently had a problem where my machine was out but the call in operators equipment showed everything was ok. other than that all is good
I got this for my Mom. She's very pleased with it, she likes to check it's working. It's given my peace of mind since she's getting on in age and I can be around.
Bay Medical is wonderful. My Father has had some false alarms and some real needs to call upon Bay Medical. They are always prompt in following the correct procedures and the EMS and Fire Dept are promptly there.
Their price is reasonable and the service and staff is wonderful!
