Joe was very nice and helped me with my initial payment plan. I don't know if i will be needing this but having it does give you a more secure feeling. The set up was easy as well. The only reason i would have to return it is financial. If finances improve Medical Guardian is who i would feel comfortable with.

I would like to leave a review and tell you that your representative gave me clear and easy to follow instructions on how to activate and test my medical alert necklace and wristband.
Knowing I can alert your service to any emergency I might have in and around my home makes me feel I have security I can rely on.

I recently ordered the Medical Guardian Medical Alert system for my 92 year old mother who still lives alone in her home. My first contact with a representative of the company was amazing! The person on the phone was so helpful and was truly interested in getting me the right product for our needs! Within a few days our system was delivered. Your service is terrible! I placed an order with Medical Gaurdian and was sent a unit by you and a unit by your other company medical allert, which was also the company that charged me??? I never ordered anything from your other compnay medical alert nor did I ever talk with anyone there!! When I contactact The toll free number listed on your web site, a recording said thank you for contacting Medical guardian but when I selected the option for billing the recording came on stating it was MEDICAL ALERT??? I spoke with the women at Medical alert questioning how I got forwarded from Medical Guardian to them and she just LAUGHED and said she didnt know who medical Guardian is. Your company... Read More
So far I have not had occasion to need help, but a couple of false alarms resulted in a very quick response. My problem is with the alarm device which is worn around the neck. The button is too sensitive. I would prefer it be on the side where it wouldn't be set off when I hold something in my arms.
Loved the online brochure &. Very helpful sales person. I feel the box is very large in size. Bother the bracket &. Necklace are very big & awkward. I wish you had a more feminine style bracklet .
After reviewing the side effects of a drug that I must take to fight cancer, I was highly concerned because I am a high risk because of my heart, osteoporosis and other medicines I must also take. I decided to get Medical Guardian Medical Alert for my own safety and peace of mind should anything happen and I needed help immediately. I think it is the best decision I have made. The staff is highly responsive, professional and very thorough to ensure my safety. Highest recommendations on response time and support.
We have not received the package as yet but the help that was received when I phone in to inquire about the service and to get it ordered was very good. They followed up with emails and phone calls as well.
