My movers were terrific. They are very efficient, honest, and professional. They were very punctual and careful. They are also very friendly, polite, quick and hardworking. I can recommend them both as well as Cross Country Moving Group without any hesitation!
Our movers were simply the best. When they said they arrive, they meant it, and both men were excellent. They worked tirelessly and meticulously to ensure the safety of our possessions. Everything went off without a hitch, even with a little rain! Thank you very much! Without a doubt, we'll be back for more!
I was delighted with their service. We had a small place, so we tried to make one trip. It took a little time, but only because they ensured all the appliances and furniture were safe and efficiently packed in their moving truck. I was amazed at their ease with moving all the heavy stuff. The cost was reasonable, and the workers were amicable, friendly, and professional.
The second time we have used this moving company. They were so efficient. Made our move so much easier. They take care of your belongings, and both times, the staff was amicable. Also a great price. I would highly recommend using them.
We needed to buy satellite equipment that was not sold in our country. And although it was possible to find it, but it is difficult to transport it across the border. Even before we bought the equipment for ourselves, we contacted the movers to find out if they would be able to transport it. After the positive response of the movers, we began to search for and order satellite equipment directly to their warehouse so that they could quickly collect everything and send it to us. Cross Country Moving Group was fantastic. The movers were very responsive and flexible. On the day of the actual house move, they were in and in around for a 2 bedroom, 2 story flat, and dismantling the bed. The team was great on the other end, putting all our boxes exactly where needed them, putting the bed back together, and even moving the furniture around for us. We would definitely use them for moving again in the future and recommend them.
My experience with them was really excellent. My in-town move was made so simple by a dedicated team who checked in ahead of time to make sure everything was set, arrived promptly, and worked quickly and professionally. I don't have much experience with moving companies to compare to, but I was extremely impressed with this company and will absolutely recommend this company to others. Thanks a lot!
The move went pretty much flawlessly. Your team was professional, courteous and early. They made everything go smoothly and efficiently. It was literally the best moving experience I have ever had. Communication throughout the process, from initial inquiry through moving day arrival, was clear every step of the way.
Couldn’t be more pleased by the professionalism shown by all the staff. The rep that I worked with to schedule was very responsive, friendly, and answered all my questions. The movers were a little late arriving, but they did contact me to let me know. During the entire moving process the were efficient, and took great care with my belongings. Nothing was damaged, and they finished within the time that I contracted for. Will definitely consider them again for future needs!
If you want a stress-free move from point A to point B. Cross Country Moving Group is who you want to call. We were moving our 24 year old daughter from our home to the big city. They were careful, pleasant and nothing but professional. Everything was moved in under 3 hours and they were by far the least expensive.
