The crew were great and professionally. Everything was done with no damage and went really smooth. They also moved my upright piano without any issues.

Love their service. They were careful while wrapping all of our belongings and while moving . They are very efficient.
Cross Country Moving Group was excellent. They delivered and set up our new furniture, which involved carrying a 350-pound table and sofas up a very narrow staircase. It was not an easy task! They arrived on time. They set up runners and padding to protect the floors and railings. They were strategic and careful, and there was no damage. They have brain power in addition to muscle power!
Great all round service - easy and accommodating to book with, prompt delivery and pick up. This is my second time renting boxes and this time I also used their moving company - fast, clean, professional - highly recommended!
They were extremely fast and efficient. They took great care to wrap our furniture and move it without damage. When we arrived at new location they promptly covered walls at corner of stairs and wrapped hand rails. Every one of them was nice and a pleasure to be around. Great job and thank you.
I will never recommend any other company. These men displayed exemplary respect, work ethic, care and concern for our items, and they were all very personable. This was more than just a moving company to us, these are new friends that we hope to see again!
This is my second time using Cross Country Moving Group and I really cannot recommend it enough. The benefits are numerous: smaller environmental impact from using re-usable plastics; less stress over having to source cardboard boxes and moving materials; and having uniformly-sized containers will make your movers much happier and much more efficient. Nothing worse than moving someone with a million differently-sized boxes. That said, the BIGGEST advantage to renting from Cross Country Moving Group is this though: you have to give them back! Cross Country Moving Group was fantastic. They kept us updated on their arrival time for drop off and pickup. They even gave us tips so we wouldn’t scratch our floors with the boxes. Highly recommend for your next move! Thanks!
They cancelled and said they could not do the move after attempting a pickup where a guy who had my items gave them a hard time. Katherine B. told me to go on their site and cancel, so I did. They then proceeded to keep my $1019 deposit. I am now going to small claims court because once I filed with my bank they refused to work with me. They are unprofessional, rude in customer service and unreasonable. They also did not communicate with me the day they were supposed to retrieve my items and kept pushing out the date. They did not provide service which was transport of goods so they have no right to keep a deposit.
