Every part of the process using Cross Country Moving Group was straightforward. Booking with them was simple via email, The on-site crew is also very professional and efficient. Had no headache. They arrived 5 minutes early (unheard of!) and picked up our piano like it was light as a feather - simply unbelievable. We were very appreciative and the service was worth every cent.
I have used this Company a few times now, when moving house. They are very responsive when contacted to book a job in and their service is always excellent. The movers are always on time and get the job done very efficiently. The team are always super friendly and helpful! I have recommended them to friends and family over the last few years and they never disappoint. Highly recommend . Thanks for the excellent service!
Excellent service, I highly recommend Cross Country Moving Group. I just moved all my stuff from one side of the city to the other. Movers were on time, polite and friendly, efficient and took care of my stuff. My washing machine was tightly wedged into the bathroom, but they got it out quickly and without a single mark on the tiles, carpet, or narrow stairs/doorway. They also managed to get up the narrow drop-off driveway without pruning the roses :-) They communicated well, confirming the date/time for pick-up in the days prior, and texting when they were on their way on the day. Thank you!
Excellent work!!! Very professional...from my 1st call up to my last box moved. I even had last minute changes and very kindly they adjusted their personnel, time and everything else to be able to help me. I can recommend them any time... any time!!!

This company is so good that I would highly recommend its name to all the people. All the team members are highly professional and they took really good care of my belongings. They were super cautious about handling everything and made sure that nothing underwent any type of damage or breakage. I really liked their prices as well. This company is awesome.
The team showed up exactly on time and called prior to arriving. They were very efficient and polite. They went straight to work, coordinating with the driver and following his direction. I could not have asked for a better team of movers to show up at my door. I highly recommend this company.
Great crew of guys really kicked it into high gear not only did they move everything in my 1 bedroom apartment in a shot amount of time, beating the weather and mid day traffic but they dealt with the 2 flight walk up with easy and good attitude. Definitely would recommend and use them again.

We moved out of our home of 40+ years to another State. The team were extremely helpful -- they delivered moving boxes to our home prior to the move and checked in with us to see where they could help. Move out day went quick and our anticipated move in day ended up sooner than originally planned. We were delighted. Their prices were fair and the service perfect. If we move again they will be our choice for movers.
