Cross Country Moving Group is the worst experience I have ever had with a moving company. We moved across the country for a new job. Before the first deposit was given the customer service was good. They promised to be a good company to use for the move and pack our fragile items for use (which we paid for and was in the contract). After they had our deposit, I could not get a hold of them more often than not, and when I did they were exceptionally rude. They did not pack the fragile items (TV's) in TV boxes, they through blankets over them and called it good. This cavalier attitude toward their job continued throughout the packing process. It was a tough move from a second floor unit with no lift but they took it in their stride and quickly found solutions to make sure the job was done well and efficiently. They were always quick to respond to emails and provided a very reasonable priced service for such an excellent service. I'm hoping to not have to move again anytime soon but if/when I do Josh will be the only one I call to help.
It was a great moving experience. They arrived right on time and gave me a 30 min heads up before they came. Worked very quickly and respectfully. Very nice guys and very considerate of all my stuff! Highly recommend!
Awesome company to deal with, from the first email enquiry through to the actual move. The two guys we had were brilliant. All items of value wrapped in blankets and moved With care. No mucking around, yet took great care of our household items/furniture from loading at one house to offloading at another. Thank you guys to make our move so smooth and trouble-free. Definitely happy to recommend Cross Country Moving Group with anyone.
I hired the company for my move as well as the final cleaning. They arrived on time, were very friendly and polite, and packed and unpacked everything perfectly and professionally. Such a pleasure to deal with! The two guys that came were so lovely and polite and seemed to take great care of my stuff. Had all my things into my house in an hour and a half. Will definitely use them again if needed and will be giving details to friends and family who need movers. Thank you so much!

Super easy, moved from Florida to Philly. Everything in tact. Picked up Friday Florida and arrived PA Monday/Tuesday before estimate. no rush from this company, scheduled my delivery 24hrs prior from Wednesday to Thursday delivery. Driver even waited for me 30 mins to get to my new home.

I asked Cross Country Moving Group for the move of our house and was extremely satisfied with the service, the handling, the offer and the personal contact to the employee. When visiting our home, the exact amount of moving material and transport capacity was determined professionally. All costs on the offer were transparent and traceable. Movers were real professionals. And we're very polite during the entire time Again the service was top notch!! And the next question is would I use then again in a second!!!
The 3 guys that did our move were amazing!! They were friendly, efficient, fast, careful, and helpful. They made an experience that is often stressful so much better. I truly cannot say enough good things about them. They went above and beyond. I would recommend them 100% for sure!
Great experience with this company. Their pricing structure was very clear compared to other companies I considered. Their crew showed up on time and very efficiently got our things loaded into the truck and carefully unloaded at our new home. Highly recommended!
