They were very careful with everything. They even took the time for me to put the slip/scratch pads on all of the furniture before they placed it where it was going in the house. Their estimate of how long the job would take was very accurate as well as their estimate on price. Everything was totally wrapped and carefully moved. They were very easy to talk to every time I called them on the phone. We were not exactly sure of the date we were going to move and we had to change back and forth a few times, but they had no problem accommodating us
This was the best moving experience I have had. The company called ahead to address our scheduling concerns and managed to make everything work. The crew was extremely professional and everything got here in the same condition it left our previous place. TV/furniture all secured really well and protected. Cannot recommend them highly enough!
My move was easy and painless with Cross Country Moving Group. Excellent communication with the office team. I had my date and time booked, cost info, and a confirmation email with the contact details for the movers. They even sent me some helpful reminders about where/how to print and post signs for the street. The team was on time, moved quickly and efficiently, and they were so gentle with my stuff! Even little things I’d packed in grocery bags and figured I would move in a car later - they gently loaded all that into the truck and it all survived the move. Thank you so much!
They were polite, very detailed in protecting all furniture, very motivated and they worked great together as a team. This company and the 3 men went above and beyond my expectations. The office staff was friendly and professional when setting up my move. I can not say enough how excellent these movers are. I would definitely recommend to everyone.
They are awesome! They respond quickly and are very professional. We ordered a bed and the delivery guy left it in the garage and we needed it to be taken up to the 7th floor, they were quick and careful with our items. Would highly recommend! We will absolutely be using them in the future!
Excellent service! The team was on time, efficient, courteous, and friendly. They moved 25 commercial washers and dryers and made it look easy. I will use them in the future and I highly recommend them. Great job guys.
This is my second time using Cross Country Moving Group and another great experience. They are prompt, professional and punctual. The level of communication with customers is exceptional. The process were very clear and there are no surprises - except, possibly, how quickly they work! From start to finish the process with this company was phenomenal. The move was done so quickly and so efficiently, I was completely blown away. They are seriously worth every penny. Extremely happy with this company and highly recommend them.
When they were grabbing boxes to load up, they made sure to confirm clearly exactly how I needed things, since I was leaving some stuff behind. They were pretty quick too. I was told by the team lead that he was looking to save me money, and after giving all the details, I did save hundreds (it was already low compared to alternatives), because they make sure to check.
Moving is stressful and scary, but I was in good hands with Cross Country Moving Group. They were on time, they were speedy but careful with moving my belongings, they took directions well for where to place things in the new apartment. They are not the cheapest option, but they may be the best value. Better to get it done right the first time, with everything intact! The concierge at my old building saw my movers on the cameras and remarked to me how impressed she was at their speed/efficiency, as well as with the care they took. I am so glad I went with this company. Thanks!
I had such a great experience, Prices were competitive but your moving partner needs to be reliable, helpful, and professional. The whole team there is so service oriented and reliable. If the cost was a few bucks more, it was money very well spent. I recommend Cross Country Moving Group 110%.
