I was very nervous about picking a moving company remotely to move items. I spoke with a few companies and thankfully chose this company. From beginning to end it was a great experience. They arrived during the expected window on both ends, packed my valuables, disassembled and wrapped my furniture expertly and efficiently. They just left after reassembling my furniture, placing everything where I wanted and removed the boxes that they unwrapped. I highly recommend them for your out of state move.
DO NOT USE THESE GUYS IF YOU LIKE YOUR STUFF These guys are brokers. They do not do the moving and they do not care about what happens. They were to take our belongings from 1 coast to the other. They never disclosed that they were going to take my belongings and put them in storage until they had a driver in Las Vegas. Extra handling and mishandling by various people causing lost, stolen, damaged and broken items. We paid extra to have nothing placed above 3 machines and a weaving loom, Much to our dismay, when the truck arrived at the destination our equipment was buried under tons of boxes costing us thousands of dollars to repair and they never credited us for the space they used that... What a great company! They moved us today and it went so smooth. Clean, professional and organized on their process. What a great experience. They are quick and I've never had a single item broken. I will use them as long as I move again in the city.
Had an extremely good experience moving with the team. They were very flexible and managed to get my stuff all to the destination smoothly. Would HIGHLY recommend (I booked off a recommendation from a friend) and would use again if I ever move.
Cross Country Moving Group is the best moving company we have ever used! I’m very very satisfied for the work of their crew. They came on time and did so great and fast job with covering up the all furniture which some of them were very heavy. They had to unload all my stuff to second floor apartment which is not easy. By far the very best moving experience I have ever had. The team were incredibly professional and took great care when packing and handling all of my items. They also took great care when bringing them into my new apt which was in a newly renovated bldg. I would absolutely, highly recommend this company for any move you have planned! Had a few large items that we couldn’t move ourselves and other moving companies required a 3 hour minimum which was too much for us. The team here was fantastic, sociable, and kind. They wrapped everything up and even removed and put back.
I had a 5 star experience using this company. From start to finish the team were efficient, clean, and fast. I did a local move but they really took the worry out of the day of move. I also dealt with someone in the main office and he was fantastic to help coordinate everything!
The Storage was clean and well lighted also they were kind and knowledgeable on all aspects of the business, They arrived as promised very professional and worked very diligently with all of my items. I would recommend this facility to my family and friends.
This company is so good that I would highly recommend its name to all the people. All the team members are highly professional and they took really good care of my belongings. They were super cautious about handling everything and made sure that nothing underwent any type of damage or breakage. I really liked their prices as well. This company is awesome.
