We were so pleased with our experience at Cross Country Moving Group. The location was convenient for us and the price was very reasonable. We had a climate controlled unit and the inside was kept very clean. The office staff was so friendly and helpful, even contacted us when to let us know our lock didn't secure the door properly. We highly recommend Cross Country Moving Group to anyone.
All my goods are received on time. The Service coordination from source to Destination was highly appreciable. Overall a great experience and a smooth movement even during the pandemic situation
They were amazing! They had so much patience with having to move their truck to let people get by on a narrow Bklyn street. Fast, gentle with older furniture and just so kind! We had contacted Cross Country Moving Group for the movement of 9 boxes. They had provided all the instructions in details. and even during the Covid-19 pandemic they were able to deliver. They had provided all the updates and the tracking information. They helped us to unload the boxes too. I will always be using only Cross Country Moving Group in the future.

I’ve used Cross Country Moving Group twice. Once in 2018 and more recently in April of this year. One mover came by to our place to have a look before giving us an actual quote, which was reasonably priced. On the day of the move, his team of 3 showed up and did a good job, and managed to complete the move earlier than anticipated. Good job guys! Keep up it up!
I hired Cross Country Moving Group for a short move, just a few blocks away. I will start this review by saying that I move often. Too often. And I've had my fair share of experiences with movers. This was the smoothest move I've ever had. They showed up on time (early, actually) and were patient while I worked out the details for parking the truck. The three guys never stopped moving and were always a step ahead of me. They were friendly, collegial, and worked hard. Nothing was damaged in the move. From my first interaction with this company, I felt very comfortable and I was thoroughly impressed. The attention to detail and follow up are top notch. Prior to my moving day, I received a call confirming the timing and other last minute details and then, on the day of, my movers went above and beyond. They were professional, fast, and on time (early actually). I could not have asked for a better set of movers than Cross Country Moving Group! Kudos!
These guys were friendly, efficient. They did a great job handling our furniture. I love the simplicity, no hidden fees or extra costs for weight, stairs etc. Would use their services again.
