Good experience overall with this moving company. I had to move from Rapid City to Tucson and looking for a cross-country moving company with reasonable rates was difficult. I was happy to find these guys, since the move went well. The customer service rep we scheduled with made an exception for us that went above and beyond normal service, and the movers were clean and professional. Thanks again!
If you've ever had a bad experience with a moving company and you're worried about it happening again, you can put your faith in Cross Country Moving Group. They have such a nice group of movers working for them. They're so respectful and careful with your stuff, so you don't have to worry about things getting damaged or broken. They don't scrape up your walls while bringing furniture in or out. They treat your belongings as if they are their own. They made the whole moving process more pleasant and I would definitely use them again next time I move!
I received my items one month after they were promised. Several items were broken, which I can understand in a cross country move. What I cannot understand is how a draft table top is misplaced; how a side table top is misplaced (both tables are now worthless); how my emails and calls were ignored for weeks (until I called several different people in the company); how after several requests the movers still never got the required certificate of insurance, which made me have to rent a storage ($130) and get new movers to move my items a few blocks ($500). Incredibly disrespectful of me and my items and incredibly untruthful.
Awesome service! Couldn't be happier with my move. My items were carefully moved and didn't have a single scratch on them.
This is a complete ripoff and I wonder if I will ever see my furniture a belongings again. They are a month and a half past the contracted delivery date and are very difficult to contact. I see now, from other reviews, that they a are cons and do not intent to honor their agreements. This has cost me many thousands, to replace items I need that have not been delivered. I am a cancer patient and need a bed but am still sleeping on an air mattress on the floor, waiting. Then it dawned on me that someone else may be sleeping on my bed by now and all my artwork is either lost or stolen. So I will soon need to go out an buy more furniture. Be careful it's a scam - they send you low quotes to be competitive and then you end up paying way more than agreed on. I got a quote for about $1850 to move my den (corner desk, chair, large bookshelf, recliner) and my belonging. I also included a fish tank, 65 gallons and pizza oven, about 30 boxes. I sold the pizza over and the tank before the move and I ended up with 50 boxes instead of 30, When the truck came over (8.30pm, after waiting for two days with no updates from Cross Country), I ended up paying another $1000. Now how is possible that 20 boxes more (all small or medium home depot boxes) will cost 1/3 more? My advice, hire a different company...
One of the best customer experiences ever! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs help moving. They were always on time, and always very nice. Every item the team touched was handled with extreme delicacy. One of the most professional and handy companies I have ever seen. Every item was delivered in the same condition it left in. I will most definitely be using them if I need to move again!
Horrible! Do not use this broker! Terrible estimate. Cost me over $1k more than they quoted. Their local contractor was horrible. Took them over 8 hours to move not even the equivalent of a two bedroom house. Horrible customer service!

I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to move. I highly value punctuality and they were on time. I didn't have to tell them to be careful with the things that could break easily because they carried the things with delicacy. The team was very professional and nice and the whole process was faster than I was expecting. Everything arrived in perfect condition. To be honest I was a bit skeptical at first because I've had bad experiences in the past with others companies but I enjoyed working with them.
