Six weeks ago I went through Home Depot to get my freezer repaired. They confirmed an appointment for Nov. 22nd. We rescheduled our day to be home from 1 to 5pm. No one showed. No phone call. I phoned that evening and was told the appointment was unilaterally changed without my knowledge or consent to Dec. 7th from 8 am to 12 pm. Again, we rescheduled our day to be home removing things from the freezer to accommodate. Again, no one showed up and no phone call. I phoned and was told they could not tell me why no one showed up, and the people on the phone are completely USELESS! I have never dealt with a company more dysfunctional and rude.

I can’t have more negative things to say about this company. Two weeks for first appointment knowing very well what model stove top was. Came and said can’t do anything because missing a part. Part came 3 days later but not available for another 2 weeks. Came second time and said needed another part! And tech was not strong enough to do it by himself. Scheduled again 2 weeks out. Part never shows up but get a reminder to stay at home all day (day after thanksgiving) for tech to arrive. Waited all day, no communication, no arrival. I WOULD DO A NEGATIVE NUMBER, IF POSSIBLE. YOU CANNOT GET A HOLD OF ANYONE AT THIS COMPANY...ONLY THEIR "CUSTOMER SERVICE" (AND I USE THIS TERM LOOSELY) IN ANOTHER COUNTRY. I HAVE REPEATEDLY CALLED AN ASKED FOR THE TECHNICIAN WHO CAME TO MY HOME ON 10/26 TO CALL ME ABOUT THEIR REPORT TO LG. THEY SAID THEY CANNOT CONNECT ME TO THAT TECHNICIAN OR TO THE A & E FACTORY REPAIR SHOP IN MILWAUKEE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS YOU WILL GET ZERO SERVICE AND YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO TALK WITH ANYONE!!!!!!!!

We were extremely disappointed and upset with A&E service. The technician was here to repair our gas range (2 burners weren't lighting)_ and he spent a total of 10 minutes before he said he couldn't order the part since the range wasn't under warranty and they wouldn't spend the time to research how to get the part. His diagnosis consisted of trying to turn on the 2 burners once and that was it as far as his diagnosis went. He then charged us $162. I phoned A&E customer service, texted them and emailed them with my concerns and requested that the technician's notes identifying which part name and number is needed to fix the range be sent to me and I received no response at all from the... This company is awful. No shows you regularly on 8-5 windows and there is absolutely no accountability. Wonder if the owners wife knows how bad he screws his customers?

Provided me with a window of service between 8 am and 5pm. Confirmed they would be there 2 days before and day before (text message and phone). They never showed up. Got a text message at about 4:45 saying they would have to reschedule. This after 3 months waiting. This has to be the worst service I have ever been involved with. The service was suggested by LG who I unfortunately purchased a high end refrigerator from Lasted less than 3 years before needing repair. About the only satisfaction here is the blissful knowledge that I will never buy anything from LG again.

I guess it’s possible that someone has had a positive experience with A&E. It’s possible that someone has actually gotten a technician who knew what he was doing, diagnosed the problem correctly, ordered the correct parts, came promptly to install those parts, and fixed the problem. More likely, as with our experience, you get one or more technicians who have no clue what is wrong with your appliance; they will give varying and conflicting guidance on what to do to prep your ailing appliance before they arrive; they will take their best guess on what might be the problem and order a part; they will not return promptly to install the part; they will eventually install the part, only for... THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO COME BACK AGAIN AND NEVER SHOW UP, THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THEY DO THE SAME THING. I HAD TO CALL OFF AT WORK AND LOSSE MY SCHEDULE HOURS. THE FIRST TIME THEY CAME THEY TOLD ME MY NEW G.E. WASHER CAN'T BE REPAIR AND NEVER SEND TO G.E. THE REPORT FOR THE NEW WASHER. SO WHEN I CALLED I GOT A NASTY AFRICAN AMERICAN WOMAN WHO CALLED ME A LIAR AND THATS WHY THEY HAVE THE REPAIR MAN TO COME BACK AGAIN. I WISH I CAN GIVE THEM A 0 BUT INSTEAD I HAVE TO GIVE THEM A 1 .
