The worst home warranty company in the world. Americans, I urge you to run away from Choice Home Warranty. When you speak with one of the sales person, you speak with a perfect English speaking American who manages to promise all the wonderful benefits and all the items that they cover under their contract. As soon as you pay your annual premium, ALL BETS ARE OFF, while this person is laughing to themselves and thinking that I just suckered another idiot. What they don’t tell you is that they contract with the worst service companies in your area. After 11 months of having Choice Warranty, my refrigerator broke down. i gave this 1 star because there is no way to rate them lower. Their computerized system is the worst I have ever dealt with, they 'fixed' our fridge yesterday and the same problem occurred today. I called and they refused to schedule it because they needed authorization from our warranty company, They then demanded a $99 fee to come over. their call center staff is poorly trained, communicate poorly and the supervisors are useless. we have also have a broken microwave that we have been waiting since August for them to fix. They schedule for 8 AM appointment and dont even notify me that they are coming, then they dont show up till 7 PM. Workers are okay, but dealing with this... Read More

David White: Had an appointment for dish washer repair on a new GE appliance ( second call for the same problem as last time). Last time repairman stated it was leaking from underneath because we used too much soap rinsing the dishes before they went into the dishwasher. OK, Since then we use NO soap before placing them in the dishwasher. It still leaks from the same location. On Tuesday our repair appointment wasforbetween12PM and 5PM. At11;55amthe repair man called and left us a phone message that couldn't find .our condo, been at same location for 40 years ....WHAT? HE DOESN'T HAVE GPS ON HIS PHONE OR LAPTOP. I use a home warranty company. I placed a work request for my washer in the beginning August, but there was a hiccup with the company they originally sent, so they reassigned it to A & E. The soonest A &E could get out was early September. The tech came out, diagnosed it, parts were ordered, and another appointment was set up to install the parts. The parts get mailed to the customer. I received the parts. On the second appointment a different tech came out installed most of the parts that were ordered, but said that one of the parts was the wrong part. Total waste of time. I had my appointment for today. They gave me a 8 hour window to stay home and at 10am they texted me to reschedule for a week later. I have a dishwasher leaking on new hardwood floor. Wonder what's going to happen next week. I just purchased this from Home Depot. I'm going to try to contact to let them know what's going on with this sorry service.

Never showed up. Called 3 times and they said a tech was in route and would call shortly. The window for arrival was between 8am - 5pm. So I sat at home for 9 hours for nothing.

Had a part put in my dish washer . It worked fine for one week then started leaking! The idiots wanted another service fee! NO WAY .After arguing for a day with them and Choice Warranty they are coming back in a week! If floor warps holding both PARTIES RESPONSIBLE

They were over 3 separate times to fix my LG washer and could never fixed it. The tech told me to call the 800 number to get my money back for my warranty. So I did, they said the tech told them it needed another part ordered. So either customer service lied to me or the tech. Don't buy an LG washer because no one else can fix them in the Des Moines area
