This is a horrible company, they operate as a third party provider with home warranty companies but the quality of work is terrible. William Davenport serviced my washing machine; he severely scratched up my new hard wood floor by dragging the machine across it. He didn't use any protective matts and then tried to cover it up by asking me to sign a waiver for potential water damage (which he changed to floor damage). Sedgwick is their their party claim adjudicator and I've been in limbo for five months waiting for them to approve the claim.

Very poor customer service I have the repair parts at my house but my appointment keeps getting cancelled for the tech to come install them!! I have expressed my concern with LG about the poor customer service with this repair company and they need to find a new one because this is putting a bad reputation for the repair company and lg for allowing the company to treat their customers this way.

Since July2021, I have been waiting on a new dishwasher repair, with no success still, October 2021. Over 4 service dates have been given and cancelled by the company near or on the day of service. When being transferred to supervisor(s) to seek a resolve, The only recourse is providing further dates of repair service. Needless to say, upon expressing frustration, I was hung up on.

LESS THAN ZERO IF POSSIBLE!! This is the WORST company I have ever done business with. My insurance American Home Shield contracts with this company and I do not have an option of whether to use or not - that's why I will cancel my AHS insurance. I reported on 9/7/2021 that my Refrigerator had stopped working and that my Icemaker in the GE -Profile was not making Ice. The repairman came on 9/8/21 and told me that I needed a part and that the part would be sent to me that it would be not until 9/16 that they could help me. What ever you do STAY AWAY from this company. They lie to you about what you should do and not do on your repairs! They closed my ticket and said repair was COMPLETE when the original part is still on my kitchen floor in bubble wrap!! The story is too long to go into detail but second time same tech came back he denied everything we talked about! He of course denied it, got mad and immediatey LEFT my house!!! I have no witnesses because my roommate was not here!! They are beyond HORRIBLE!!! I have been without a fridge for a month and now have to call in someone else to look at it! I am beyond disgusted! NEVER EVER buy a Samsung appliance! And NEVER CALL A&E for any reason!!!!

As the rest of the various comments here voice my same sendiment on A&E. They aren`t worth crap! Don`t depend on them to do anything they say. Lies! Have a Whirlpool washer and it stopped working and cycling and so on. The repairman came and replaced a part and did not fix it. Said the control board needs to be replaced and have to order it. Now we have to wait another 2 weeks for that. Had already been without the washer for 2 weeks and going to a laundramat to wash our clothes. What good does a warranty do if they do not honor it and get things fixed? There is no excuse here for them not to fix it with a warranty in place. Cruel and Abusive business practices by A&E Factory Services: 1) I scheduled an appointment on 9/21/2021 from 1:00 - 5:00 on 9/22/2021 2) On the morning of 9/22, a technician called me to go through his visit - he assured me that he would come earlier around 1:00 - I told him that my development does not allow commercial vehicles after 5:00 3) Shortly afterwords, I received an electronic message indicating they would come between 1:03 and 2:33 4) Around 1:00 - I get a electronic message indicating that the new time they would come is between 1:00 and 5:00 5) The technician then calls me in the afternoon indicating he would be delayed and would be there around 4:00 - I reiterated that... How can this company have 4 stars??? That has to be the worst company on the planet. They send technicians that have no clue and are very unprofessional. They break things completely instead of fixing them and then try to cover up their F#%&-ups by ordering a ton of parts that are backordered forever...long story short...stay away from that company!!! I would give zero stars if I could!!!

Worse service ever! Reschedule Reschedule Reschedule Young technician put on 2 out of the 3 parts! Said it didn't need the 3rd part! Had problems getting the circuit board in straight, so he just put it in & some of the buttons are stuck inside of the outer housing frame! Called A&E For course there is NO supervisor working. No offense but everytime I've called A&E its a foreign speaking person & can hardly understand them. I feel as if they just brush us off! Now I have to wait another 2 weeks for them to come out & order more parts! I shouldn't have to wait for them to break more stuff to order!
