please do not sign a waiver for damage before they start working they destroy my hard wood floor and dented my refrigerator when i asked them to repair the damages they told me that i signed a waiver and they are not responsible for damages. very careless technicians and service . I will never recommend them

Our technician was exceptionally efficient and very kind. He was from Pennsylvania, and had been doing repair work for 44 years. The repair was quick and thorough.

I took a day off work to meet the technician. The window was 8 am to 5 pm. I confirmed the appointment the day before. I received many texts confirming the appointment. Technician never showed. I called the following day and the person I spoke to said that the technician did not come because we did not answer the phone to confirm we were there. I asked the time that the technician called. The technician lied. He never called. At this point, the person on the phone cut off the call and just sent a text rescheduling the appointment. I won’t buy GE again because this was the only option for repair of my dishwasher.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This company is a joke. Rescheduled two appointments to fix my fridge. Rescheduled the second the appointment an hour and a half after they were supposed to be here. They are TERRIBLE and should not be used for anything. I'm surprised they are still in business.

This is the worst service provider we have ever seen either because they do not have a sufficient number of technicians or are poorly managed. We have waited one month with 4 separate “scheduled” service appointments without having a simple replacement part installed in our washing machine. We get texts and phone messages they are coming and they don’t. After they fail to show up you get another text, once rescheduling us for one week away without asking if we are available. Today they failed to show up and I was finally able to speak to a human (a nice lady) who said the earliest they could reschedule was TWO WEEKS away. Just pathetic. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This company and the technicians it sends to your home are the most unqualified people to be dealing with the public. Ive been without a fridge for going on 2 months so far because each time the sears guy comes to my home which seems to be in one month intervals, instead of troubleshooting and diagnosing he just throws parts at it. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY. 7/20/21 was my original call for my dual fridge/freezer not freezing my food in the freezer part. Their soonest appt was 8/3/21. Worst service experience - ever. I'm in Sparks, NV. Technician ordered a part for my washing machine, scheduled service appt to change a hose on 08/25 between 8am at 12pm. He never showed. I called for an update and was told he'd still be out. Received a call from Sears at 2pm that he called in sick. It gets worse - Sears reschedules for 08/28 between 8am and 12pm. I checked in a couple of times to get an ETA. They said the tech was delayed and would be there around 1pm. I called back at 2pm to be told by Sears that the A&E technician (Ben) closed the ticket, reporting that he showed up, replaced the hose and the washer repair was completed. This company is garbage. I had an issue with the spin cycle of my Samsung washer. 2 technicians came out 4 time and kept ordering unnecessary parts. After the 4th visit, the technician claimed my washing machine was fixed only for me to run a small load and the same issue occurred while on the spin cycle. Called sears a&e back and they unapologetically scheduled my appt a week out instead of escalating it! Spoke with Ginci ID #801399 who refused to provide me with an email address or telephone number of someone over her! I would give them a 0 if I could

A&E was scheduled to repair my LG fridge under warranty today. Received a confirmation text for my appointment the night before. After 3 hours past the timeframe I called to check in. I found out that nobody is available today in my area. No phone call, no text, no nothing. Scheduled another appointment for Saturday 10-1. Asked what will happen if they don't show on Saturday? Next available appointment is Sept 8. Started Googling and found out this is pretty much the standard practice. This is not a Covid excuse, this is a lack of giving a shit on the company's part.
