Worst Repair service company I have worked with. Had a dishwasher fail and technician came out and didn't spend but 10 minutes diagnosing and said it was a bad control panel assy. Said they go out all the time. He ordered that part, a sump and the parts assy required. Parts came in and he came back 2-weeks later. He didn't seem too interested when I told him there was a distinctive odor that smelled like burnt wires. He came back and when the control assy didn't fix the problem he then proceeded to troubleshoot and found burnt wiring harness going into the motor. Waited 10 days for 1 appt for washing machine repair, tech comes diagnosis defective pump, orders part then tech schedules a follow up appt to install new pump a week later. Week later arrives and waiting for tech to show up. I called service office. My appt was rescheduled due to no technician available. Reschedules me for 7 days later. No call to explain why rescheduled. No email, or text messages. I have had standing water inside my washer for 3 weeks. Next week will make a month. I will never buy another Samsung appliance again.

This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. After purchasing my new appliances from Lowes, I needed service on my fridge. I scheduled a service call and was given a date and time. I received a text telling the same information. I waited weeks for this date then waited all day only to be called around 3 and told that I needed to reschedule. I was upset but went ahead and rescheduled. The second date comes along and the tech does arrive but my fridge still isn't fixed. Now I have to wait for parts - 3 weeks later I call and they say they still don't have the parts. I think it's horrible that a repair can take months to get done when the fridge was brand new 6 months... Read More

This review of A & E comes after much consideration and then the email I received, regarding my microwave. Along with 4 other appliances, I have a service agreement and have had said agreement for 5 years. I will NOT be renewing this service agreement when it expires in February of 2022. I have had nothing but problems in dealing with this company. First technician they sent for my refrigerator in May, 2016 took 5 tries before he managed to order the correct part and finally fixed the problem. Scheduled back in mid August for the appointment today, 15 September between 8-5. Received a phone ~10 am this morning and they asked if the technician was here, since they haven't heard from him and we were suppose to be first one today. Told them no. Waited another hour and called to check status and the call center told me we were number 3. Told them that has been three hours since the appointment window opened, and we haven't heard anything from the technician. First they went to the wrong house, and got upset with the homeowner there. Then they gave me another appointment a month later but didn’t show within window so I called. They set window back another 1 and 1/2 hour, didn’t come again. I called again and they set window back another hour, still did not show. No call at all even though I was promised they would call twice. I ended up taking off two days of work that I did not get paid for. They are very hard to get in touch with, 45 min & higher hold time every time I called, I ended up calling another repair co and they came on time, were communicative, and did great service. I have been rescheduled on an escalation service call! The refrigerator stopped cooling the day after a compressor was replaced! This happens often. Then the new appointment is two weeks later.

Wish we'd seen these comments before using this service. My elderly mother asked an elderly neighbor to help her schedule a repair service for her washing machine - wish she'd asked me or one of her other children so we could have done some research first! They came out and diagnosed the problem and offered her a couple of days to decide if she wanted to make the repair. The service person said she wouldn't be charged again for a service call. My aunt was there at the time so it wasn't the failing memory of an elderly woman saying this. However, that was a lie. This company is a total scam. A technician came out on Dec. 16, 2020 and he had no idea what he was doing. Ordered parts, not all of them shipped. Waited and waited, nothing appeared. This has been going on for so long, it is unbelievable! They finally agreed to have UPS pick up the parts in July of 2021 and refund me $310. They said I would receive the check by Sept. 10, 2021. No check appeared by Sept. 14. Called them, and now they say they don't owe a refund. I paid a total of $459.02 for service call and parts and now they're saying that was for the service call! Made a service call that was and no show and attempted to make an additional service call but again no show or even a text or call. I received many texts that promised a service visit and directions as to what to do in advance. The next appointment was 3 weeks away making the service appointment over month and a half from the beginning. Worst experience for a repair company I have had.
