My LG microwave suddenly stopped working. Everything just suddenly shut down as though there was no power. The light would not even come on. This product was under warranty and when the service technician showed up, he opened the front of the unit and told me he was going to have to order new parts to fix it. The parts came in the mail 4 days later, and when I called I was told the technician would be back to complete the repair using the parts I had received in the mail. Got stuck with A & E. So far they have canceled 4 times. First it was on 8/17/2021. For a broken dryer. Both my husband and I are disabled. He is a double amputee and I have just had surgery. So dryer won't heat up and I call Alabama Power. They send me to Assurant who has the warranty on the dryer which isn't even paid for yet. Assurant sends me to Schedulemyrepair.com. Schedule the repair for 8/17/2021 for 12-5pm. No one shows. I call A & E. They say the next day 8/18/2021 between 8am and 12pm. No one shows. I call again. Computer says they will be here at 3:00pm. We bought a new stacked GE stacked washer dryer unit less than 18 months ago, purchased locally, with an extended warranty. The company we bought this from, sold the extended warranty to A and E services. The button to turn on the washer became unusable. We made our first appt through the assigned insurance Co, then had to call A and E to set up with a technician. Two weeks ago, one showed up after 9pm, for a 12 PM-5pm appt. He could do nothing, was not a senior level technician. What he actually DID do, was close the case out, as if the repairs were completed. Bought Refrigerator April 4th For a new built house. It Arrived May 4th, It was Installed on May 6th and 7th. Closed on house and moved in June 17th, 2021 7/3/21 awoke to find the temperature was 70F inside the fridge and all the ice had melted and was oozing water all over our new hardwood floors. All the food was spoiled.. This is the worst appliance repair place ever I just got my fridge done and the technician lied on the receipt saying he installed parts in my fridge that was never put in charged me an arm and an leg for work that was never done I’ve tried calling 4 different times to complain and the hung up on my all times especially when I got in touch with the “supervisor” they hung up

very poor service i had an appointment on august 14 2021 for between 8;00 am and 12:00 pm the tech did not show up at5:00 pm. by that time i had left home My dishwasher is still not fixed

DO NOT USE This company. A&E Factory Services or Sears is not sure which is correct. I was assigned this company to fix my dryer through my home warranty company. The technician came out with the expectation of fixing my dryer. He did not fix it but said it was complete. I had to call out a second time and he had to come back again... the same technician to fix the dryer. Later I received a bill for additional services that were not covered by the warranty. I called customer service and they said sorry for the mistake we will fix and that charge was a mistake. The worst experience ever! First, Best Buy gives me a date through A&E of three days out, then on that day A&E was supposed to show up, they called and said they couldn't make it, they had to reschedule the appointment to repair my LG washer the following week. So Monday rolled around, and again, no show. I called back, and they said it was for the next day, Tuesday. So Tuesday rolled around, and guess what, no show. So I called the 800 number of A&E, and they said that it was scheduled for the following week, the day that I will be out of town for two weeks. Jay C Brand new LG french door refrigerator stopped working. A&E was dispatched. Tech said it was the control board and ordered one on his phone. Never took the back of the refrigerator off. The board arrived a week later and A&E installed it. The refrigerator would not hold temperature. A&E came back out and said there was nothing they could do. LG then sent another appliance company (CT Akosemi INc) who actually looked at the board and said A&E ordered and installed the wrong board for the refrigerator. 3 1/2 weeks before I have a working refrigerator. Absolutely the worst appliance company!!! LG should be disgusted with themselves for using this company to do their appliance repairs. I love LG products but will no longer purchase them secondary to a & e factory service customer service's lack of professionalism. Not only does this company think it is appropriate to schedule the initial repair appointment a month out, but come the scheduled appointment date they cancel and try to reschedule for another 3-4 weeks out. How do they honestly believe allowing families to live without a fridge for 2 months is acceptable?
