This company is terrible! I asked for a repair person for an ice maker. The person they sent told me he knew nothing about Icemaker’s, and left. I received an invoice which I disputed in 2 letters with no reply. They have now turned me into a collection agency. Total scam!
Scheduled an appointment with LG to repair my LG refrigerator. A&E tech called, explained the problem, said nothing they can do, then told LG that repair completed. Scam company that does not repair items but charges the big companies.

have been rescheduled 6 times in the last 20 days to report my refrigerator that is not working at all, they hang up on me when we try to reschedule and when I ask why they keep cancelling they laugh it has been over 90 degrees her for the last 10days how would they like to be without a refrigerator? would not use them. except they are the only people LG uses for warranty work
A & E is unreliable, unprofessional and deceitful. My experience was totally unprofessional. I waited seven weeks for parts. Several service appointments were no shows without reason. The last appointment on Jun 7,2021 was very disturbing. Two service trucks, two technicians , one of the technicians was in a very angry state. He and his colleague decided to leave part way through the appointment. He stated he would be back in the afternoon-maybe. I took an entire day off work for this appointment. After reading all these reviews I see what I am dealing is their common practice. I was scheduled for repair on my LG washer on June 7 between 7am & 11am. Rep called on June 5 cancelling appointment. Reason given no technician available, Why was I given this appointment if no one was available to full fill this agreement? Does not anyone want to service my city, East St Louis , IL 62203. I purchased my LG washer and extended service warranty from Best Buy in Fairview Heights, IL 62208.

I requested a service call on a GE microwave 2 years old, Tech came out, was here 5 min, never touched the microwave only observed what I showed him (3 buttons were not working) and told me it would be $650.
I only paid $750
When I told him I would talk to GE, he said I owed him $270 for the service call.
EITHER HE IS A THIEF OR THE COMPNAY IS A RIP OFF.

Do not use a&e !! Have LG refrig. They use A&E for LG repairs. First visit was late n didn’t have parts he said no one told him was compressor he ordered parts said come back in 3 weeks. His schedule is full. May 21 no show or text or a call from A&E. I called them at end of day was told tech canceled appointment. Reschedule June 1 I now going on a month with no refrig or freezer. Again no show but tech did call me saying will still come at 6pm. He calls me back n said supervisor said can’t come that late n he would come 7:30am next day. Again no show. Called A$E 8am. Their notes from tech said I canceled day before cuz too late in the day. He lied!!!!! I called LG customer service.... Read More
This company is a scam. I have been on the phone with them for days. They have given me other numbers to call which were disconnected. One number was for a credit union.
a&e buyer beware, this is the true meaning of customer no service!. i am 72 have hired countless service persons. this company is the worst i have had the displeasure of dealing with, they(a&e) give new meaning to being the worst company.you get no answers to questions no response ever. try to get a manager to help resolve issues , good luck, it cant be done. i am writing this so another victim doesent fall prey to the worst company. so please dont fall in to this utterly crap company.
