I have used HSA home warranty for 13 yrs in St Louis and had A&E come to our home for repairs time and time again with no issues. We moved to FL 2 yrs ago and need repair on our fridge. We called HSA , which contracted A&E to fix it. The repair man came on Jan 16, 2021 , diagnosed the issue and ordered the parts. They scheduled a revisit on Jan 29 to install, which they never came and never called. They also said on their system that we were not home. This is a total lie. I have a disabled husband and we are home ALL THE TIME. We called several times after the visit window ( 11a - 2pm) and were told they were on the way. They are terrible. Two days in a row they did not show up for a scheduled appointment between 1 and 5. The weather was fine. The appt was confirmed via text and email both days. No one called, no one messaged, no one arrived. When I called customer service all they said was "sorry for the inconvenience." They did not really care. And they offered no assistance. They could not ell me why no one showed up. They could not promise that someone WOULD ever show up. I told them that they should be ashamed to work for such a terrible company and provide such terrible service and that they should go find a job at a decent reputable company. Had A&E out to repair a Whirlpool Gold Series dishwasher because dishes weren’t getting clean. I suspected it wasn’t running all the cycles because although it was a really quiet dishwasher, I couldn’t hear ANYTHING going on inside the unit. The tech said the problem was a clogged filter, which he showed me, but there wasn’t much in it. Besides, I’m one of those people who rinses the crud off the dishes before putting in the dishwasher. He cleaned the filter and left but the problem remained. Ended up replacing the unit shortly after with a cheaper, louder model. At least I can tell for sure that it’s running. I don’t trust these people anymore.

I would not recommend the A&E Factory Service out of Green Bay, WI. We were forced to use this service due to an extended warranty we had purchased though Lowe’s. We live in central Wisconsin, more than an hour away, and had to wait 2 to 2 ½ weeks for each visit from a technician. There were four visits (including one visit that was canceled and rescheduled without any notice to me (I had to call and ask why no one showed up). The entire process took 10 weeks to determine that our washing machine should be replaced instead of fixed. DO NOT USE AandE!! They sent a guy out to fix my stack unit washer , he takes out defective part, sits in his truck for 50 mins doing who knows what/ then he just leaves without a word/ this also after tracking dirt into my condo/ i didnt even know he left/ I call service center the next day and she tells me its marked as repair completed! And that their is not even a new part on order!! These people are unprofessional and incompetent

washer has not worked since the day I bought it brand new (GE), warranty company keeps sending A&E out to "fix". First trip, oh its the voltage in the plug, second trip the control panel is bad, third trip the replacement part they sent is bad, 4th trip no show, no call, and no new parts have shown up. I even recommended and requested they send a different technician and they keep sending the same one. If I could get away from using this company I would. STAY FAR AWAY IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE.

Technician did not install all ordered parts. Washer plate was not installed, He signed off that it was installed. Washer did not work when he left after he signed off that it was all working correctly. Dan Rose did not provide honest and trustworthy installation and signed off that work was installed and completed. I would not recommend any extended warranty work be completed by A&E or through sear due to lenght of parts delivery and scheduling service. I was wighotu a washer for almost 4 months and it still is not fixed properly

Called for a service call on my appliance that was covered under warranty. Tech came, wouldn't wear a mask, fixed my appliance with my help of holding piece and parts, and before leaving said it takes 48 hrs to get service notes filed. I followed up with my warranty company and he sent no service notes. He, instead, canceled my appointment so there is no record of him coming to repair anything. Called A&E and have been bounced around for 2 months. Apparently, it is my job to track down this guy (even when I provided the phone number he used to text me that he was getting parts and was on his way), and get his ID number to provide back to A&E. Called A&E for service on my KitchenAid drawer dishwasher. Waited 2 weeks for them to come. When the repair man arrived he said he has no idea on how to work on this kind of dishwasher. He made several phone calls and said he cannot get parts for my dishwasher. He NEVER touched my dishwasher to find ot what was wrong. He said that the problem was in the back of the drawer. Problem...there is nothing in the back...it's all in the bottom of the drawer. The only thing he did know how to do is charge me the $99 service charge...had no problem with that at all!

DO NOT USE A&E FACTORY SERVICE – My Kenmore Elite microwave oven has been broken for half a year. I have had four service visits with multiple technicians and from my experience it is clear they do not know how to repair the equipment and are simply guessing as to what the cause of the problem is. This company is only in the business of taking your money and hoping the parts they order will actually fix the problem. DO NOT WASTER YOUR MONEY. I highly recommend you find another company with qualified technicians that actually want to fix your problem, not just roll the dice and hope for the best. $400 down the drain – BUYER BEWARE!
