A&E Factory Service Repair is awful!! Appointments are set weeks out. When the part didn’t arrive (because they failed to order it), they rescheduled another 3 weeks out!! “Customer Service “ fails to resolve any issues and employees and supervisors do not seem interested in any resolution. I unfortunately cannot rate the quality of service because I cannot get anyone to return!! A zero rating is far too high!!

I contacted my home warranty company about my dishwasher and fridge issues. A service tech was sent, diagnosed the issues and ordered the parts to be sent to my house. I received all parts and schedule a time for them to be installed. A different tech was sent, looked at the parts and acted like he didn't know what to do. Then he asked me what was wrong with my dishwasher. I told him other than the fact that it wasn't washing my dishes, I couldn't tell him. I told him the 1st service tech diagnosed and ordered the parts and they just needed to be installed. He kept texting on his phone and didn't look at me. the service is terrible if you try calling for answer you are unable to get a reply from anyone lines are busy and you are placed on hold for so long you eventually will hang up been trying to get a resolution from them

Having failed to turn up for the first appointment, the technician arrived for the second, an hour late. He apologized profusely then set to work. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge bout my washing machine and the advice he gave me. He even proved to me that te HE low suds detergent I was using, was not low suds at all. He told me the best low suds detergent could be had from Walmart. I was so pleased I kept my cool and let the man show me his talents regarding appliance repair.

I had to wait 10 days for my appointment which was scheduled for 8/27 between the hours of 12 to 5 pm. In order to be available for the appointment i had to take off an afternoon at work. I arrived home at 12:02 pm and waited for the service call. At 3:07 pm i got a text message that the appointment was going to be rescheduled for 9/9. I called and after an extended wait time i was told the appointment was rescheduled because the technician said i was not at home. This is an outright lie. I had been home all afternoon. there was no text message or call that the service man was on his way or had arrived. I have a dog, the dog did not bark all afternoon and there was no ring of the... Absolutely horrible. We've waited for over a month for refrigerator parts (delivered to our home - why?) only to find out we have a different part that's the problem from the third technician. This part is over half of what our appliance is worth and we've had no reliable refrigerator for several weeks now. No accountability, no refund for the initial visit so far, no working appliance - no business from us ever again.

I had to get a 'mother board' replaced on my LG Refrigerator. I had an extended warranty with Best Buy (which is also terrible, but will save that for another review). Best Buy, unfortunaly usses A&E for appliance repair work, in Denver. First, it took over 1.5 months to finally come out to my house. They canceled out at the last minute, from my original appointment, as they claim they didn't get confirmation, but they tried texting me on a land-line number, that doesn't support text (even though) we told them that in advance. I live in Kansas City, Missouri. Our refrigerator stopped working the first of June 2020. We called and scheduled an appointment. The Technician was wonderful, just like the ones who had repaired my dryer several times when it over heated. He did an analysis and ordered parts. Unfortunately, the parts took a couple of week s to arrive and they all arrived separately. It was three parts. The company rescheduled and someone arrived to fix it in July. He didn't stay long and was very uneasy because of COVID-19. I understand, as I am a RN and so I know the fear. I have a Kenmore washer and needed some service on it. I did an on-line appt which was scheduled for July 22 ; arrival time for serviceman was between 12 and 4. I received numerous emails and texts before July 22, indicating that my service was scheduled. On July 22, sometime after noon, I followed up with the company to confirm a technician was coming. TWICE I was assured someone would be at my house that day. At 4:30, I received a phone call, stating they were overbook and rescheduled me for Aug 5 between 12 and 4. They are not providing us with professional timely service. WE have been without a working refrigerator for 3 weeks. A&E will not give us the name or number to supervisor/manager to resole issues. They have damaged our refrigerator and when initial repair was completed, after waiting one week for parts, refrigerator is still not working. This has been the worst experience of my life. We need help!!
