Contacted the company. Tech came and diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts for my gas dryer. Parts came to my home via mail. Have not been able to get a technician to show up to repair the dryer. I scheduled the appointment and the appointment was confirmed several times. The technician never showed up and never called. It took three weeks to schedule another appointment and I am not sure if the technician will show up. There is no way to speak with a human. The online service is impossible.

I think this company is awful. We needed our washer repaired because it wasn't draining. The repairman came out and said it was a bad drain pump, and he started putting everything back together--but put the bad drain pump back on. He didn't have that part, so it had to be ordered. It's beyond reason that a washer repair truck wouldn't have a drain pump in it: they knew the problem, they knew my model, so why not just bring that part? Their website states that they have well stocked trucks, but that's clearly not the case. What happened next is the infuriating part. Samsung dishwasher with 4 broken rollers for utensil rack. Called for service. Gave person on phone the part # needed for the repair. Of course the tech did not arrive with the parts because he needed to diagnose the problem. Apparently they think all of us are idiots. He ordered the parts while here. A few days later one roller was shipped, not the 4 that are needed. Tried to contact re. the problem and only easily accessible option was a chat. Problem too complicated for a chat. Could not speak to a person. Their only advice was call and reschedule (automated) if the part has not arrived.

I called A&E Factory Service to trouble shoot a Frigidaire gallery dishwasher error code ER. Person came out, reset circuit breaker, ran diswasher and charged $160 for repair. Next day, dish washer was not repaired and shuts down, circuit breaker reset to turn on power. Called and was informed it would cost $700 to repair. I've since looked into what causes an ER code and ordered the control board and switch board and will do myself. I went through A&E Factory Service to help save time for a reasonable price. It did not save time or money. Unfortunately, that was my experience.

Worst company on the planet!!!! One your appliance problem is diagnosed they run your credit card for parts and labor before anything is completed (parts need to be shipped). Surprise, surprise! They never show up for scheduled appointments. Now lets talk about the company's ability to communicate with their customers. My wife stayed t home for 8 hours waiting for this technician who never showed up. The company never even called to cancel the appointment. Once you try and reach the company you are directed to a call center in another country where the agent is simply reading off a script! Run from this company....don't walk! We have a LG fridge, paid $2300 for. It went out after 7 years and was still under the compressor warranty by LG. A&E came out and charged $600 UNDER WARRANTY to fix it. 87 days after the repair it failed again. They came out for a "recall warranty" and said the compressor is fine, must be the evaporator and is not covered by any warranty. That's probably what was wrong with it the 1st time. At this point I told them thanks for coming out and had them leave. I added $2.50 worth of 134a freon and it seems to be cooling again. If you can, stay away from this company of liars. They were out to repair my fridge under warranty. The idiot they sent here was an arrogant little man. He said he didn't have the compressor and we would have to wait a week for it to come in. The person who came on that appointed day indicated that they always carry compressors in their vehicle. A call to the company and some manager said the repairman was sick with cancer and receiving chemo and he couldn't do the repair so he lied. The company should have sent some one else. Not my business if the guy is sick. It was total bullshit. Lousy customer service, they are not worth a rating.

Our oven went out. We had a 5 year warranty on this item. Took 4 hours before I talked to a human in the phone, they set up a repair appointment with A&E. And no show. So called A&E and they have no appointment scheduled. Scheduled another appointment and technician shows up 3 hours late, but he diagnosed the issue and I schedule another appointment for him to come back. 4 weeks later(mind you we can’t cook anything in the oven during this time) the scheduled appointment is between 10-2. No show. I call A &E they said they will send a message to the repair guy. Still no response. How is this company still in business???

This comment refers to a service repair was started on December 13, 2021 and first service visit scheduled for Dec 29, 2021 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. After waiting until 4:40 p.m. I was told it was delayed until 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. that same day. At 7:30 p.m. I called to find out it was cancelled and rescheduled for Feb. 3, 8-5 p.m. No notifications, phone calls, etc. after waiting at home for 12 hours. Reason, "overbooked". On Feb 3, repairman did arrive and told me it was a Range Oven Control Board and would need to be ordered. Again, was rescheduled for March 9, 2022.
