This company has the worst customer service ever I have a warranty through Best buy to get my washer serviced otherwise I would have never chosen this company. These people are ridiculous and should not be conducting a business!The repairman has a horrible attitude he is the rudest person I have met in my life

I have a warranty through Lowes to get my machine serviced otherwise I would have NEVER chosen this company. These people are ridiculous and should not be conducting a business! The repairman always comes 2 to 3 hours late and has a horrible attitude. When I said that the message stated they were coming from 8am-12pm and he didn't come until 2:05pm all he said was "We had a meeting," as if that is an acceptable excuse. Also, last time he came, he turned the machine on and said it would be "fine" while we waited for new parts to get delivered, yet the machine has been running for 6 days non-stop! Don't show up for a scheduled appointments. When you call in to get resolved, first issue is very hard to communicate. Lots of background noise making it almost impossible to communicate with. Then they just say sorry we will reschedule and it's weeks out. Brand new refrigerator and cat use through the door water due to leaking. Can't get it repaired either. Been dealing with for months. Terrible customer service.

I purchased an LG series washer from LOWES, and about a week after owning it I noticed a small tear/rip in the door seal causing it to leak during the wash and spin cycle. I notified LOWES/LG and they suggested A&E Factory. I was scheduled for repair service and given a time frame of 8 AM to 5 PM. The initial visit went as planned. The repaired man showed up and informed me that a new seal was needed. He proceeded to order it and said they (A&E) would let me know when they would be back out to install the new part. This not a company you want to do buisness with under any circumstances. They will bate and switch. Took a deposit and have not returned it after more than three months. They are without a doubt a unscrupulous company. They will not take charge cards so you have very little to do to get your money back. Beware.

Waited 2 weeks to get an appointment. On the morning of the appointment, I received a text saying the appointment was rescheduled for 7 days later supposed because the tech had an emergency.

I was given multiple reminders, including the day of, that my service was scheduled for Sept. 8 between 8 am and 5 pm. An entire day of work was lost waiting on a technician who never arrived, and no contact was made by the company to notify me that they would not be coming. I clicked on a link in the text today and now it's showing that my service isn't scheduled until Sept. 27. I was able to update this to Sept. 22, but there is no way to talk to an actual person. Based on the other reviews, that seems to be a waste of time anyway. This company is awful.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! You wait three weeks for an appointment, then a tech comes in, doesn't even take apart and orders wrong parts with a wrong model number. My refrigerator was not getting cold. Fan motor and blade needed replacement. After having them here three times, now nothing works. Compressor no good on a 13 month old refrigerator. It was working before they came to fix it. They have been here four times since June, 2022 and I now have another appointment for Sept. 30th. Frigidaire extended warranty will also do nothing. Don’t do business with this company. Changed appointment time without notification. When I called they then offered me a time when they had a cancellation. Was first notified they would arrive between 1-5 pm. Later received a message they would arrive between 2-3:30. We waited all afternoon for 4 hours with no one coming. After great difficulty reached a telephone operator to be told the tech ran out of time so they automatically rescheduled to a time one and 1/2 weeks later without even talking to me. It is not like we are remote as we live on Colorado front range. I had even asked for a call from the tech the morning before he came to discuss parts but never received a call.... Read More
