Choice Home Warranty is a New Jersey-based company founded in 2008 which offers services contracts. Their plans offer protection against the cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via several plans. Each plan also offers optional coverage for septic systems, pools /spas, well pumps, sump pumps, central vacuuming systems, limited roof leaks, second refrigerators, and standalone freezers.

1st time filing a claim , fast response, hopefully we can fix our problem as soon as possible

Technician from Philip"s Overhead Doors was Friendly in the very Professional and on Time. He called "Choice" to get an okay for repairs on my garage door opener but was told by "Choice" he would get an answer in one hour. Needless to say he could not wait one hour to get an answer he needed he was ready to get the door repaired and order parts causing more delays on getting my garage door fixed now going on 2 weeks.
We had an issue with our garage door opener, and the claim was made, and the repair made within 48 hours, no problem. This is the third claim we’ve had under this policy and they’ve all been handled expeditiously and fairly.
Submitted a claim online for my garage door opener and it went very smooth. Super easy to submit and Choice got back to me within 30 minutes to supply me with the company name who will provide service, appointment time and additional information for next steps. Thank you Choice Home Warranty for making this process easy and giving me peace of mind that help is just a click away. So far, I'm a Happy Camper!

One quick phone call with a professional, well trained representative, led to a contact by a local HVAC professional the same day with a service call that afternoon. Every step was documented and communicated to my email. The HVAC vendor was also excellent and we have agreed on 2x yearly system checkups. Excellent work and thank you to the CHM team!
