Choice Home Warranty is a New Jersey-based company founded in 2008 which offers services contracts. Their plans offer protection against the cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via several plans. Each plan also offers optional coverage for septic systems, pools /spas, well pumps, sump pumps, central vacuuming systems, limited roof leaks, second refrigerators, and standalone freezers.

My experience having a technician look at my cooktop was great. The replacement process is not good. Choice Home Warranty did a buy out which means they give you an e-card to Lowes for the wholesale value of your appliance and not the retail value. It would have been great if they would have purchased and installed my cooktop since they have the buying power and I don't.
So far no complaints with this company. Called on my garage opener and they had someone there that same day. Also had the heating fixed. This took a bit longer and two appointments only because without fixing one problem had no way of knowing a second. But still it was all fixed in the same week
Always responds to claims quickly. Always answers questions when asked. Very knowledgeable and helpful. All employees are fantastic. Thank you!
I have the warranty on 2 homes. I filed a claim apparently on the wrong address. The repair showed up at the wrong location because of my error. We reached out when we realized what happened and they came to correct location and repaired the item. I fully expected to be charged 2 copayments, but was pleasantly surprised I was not. :-)

He was very nice and super informative. He was on time, called to say he was on his way. Cleaned up everything and was polite. I would highly recommend him and his company.

The warranty work was done in a timely manner. I gave a 5 star review because they responded quickly and repaired the garage door opening in a timely manner. Winston doors came out on Monday and my technician Drew was a pleasant young man who worked efficiently and quickly to get the opener working again. I was very satisfied with the whole experience.

I was so relieved that we had purchased the 6 year coverage by Choice Home Warranty, we never thought our 3.4 yr old washing machine would have an issue. I placed the request online, the same day it happened (Sunday), I was contacted quickly to let me know the repair person would be over on Tuesday (Monday was a holiday). He showed up, deemed we needed a new drain pump motor, said it takes 3 days to come in, which would be Friday, 2 days ago and although he hasn't made a return trip, I expect to see the repair person Tuesday this week (Monday another holiday)... So far...so good.
