Choice Home Warranty is a New Jersey-based company founded in 2008 which offers services contracts. Their plans offer protection against the cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via several plans. Each plan also offers optional coverage for septic systems, pools /spas, well pumps, sump pumps, central vacuuming systems, limited roof leaks, second refrigerators, and standalone freezers.

Anniel was thorough in his assessment of our heating system. He took the time to listen to the reason for his visit and investigate the cause of the problem. He explained his findings in a manner that was understandable. He has been responsive to our needs and has given CHW the information they need to make their decisions in a timely manner. We would highly recommend him to our friends and family.
Good price to fix things when you don't have time or a clue to fix the many things in a house

L & Z Repair service was excellent! Marvin was constantly in contact with me prior to his arrival and was friendly and efficient. He repaired my washer quickly, left the area spotless, and was easy to work with. I would definitely feel confident about using him again.
I've had my home warrenty for close to a year now and I love it. I have used it now 3 times and I like the ease of making a claim. The only trouble is when making the appointment and you set the date/time of your preference, you get the confirmation call from the service company and the appointment is different than what you made. This is somewhat inconvenient as I had set a date that suites my needs and now I have to reschedule because the company said it's not convenient for them!? I still like having a home warrenty.
Choice warranty has always been a pleasure when we filed any claims. They recognize and understood the matter and as soon as they found availability they sent someone out. I have been with them for over 5 years and had several claims and they never denied me or drop me as a client. Choice is the best warranty.
CHW responded quickly to my request. However it took a couple days to get a technician for the repair.
everything dealing with this claim was excellent! customer service was great, and the service provider that resolved my issue were great too!
Unacceptable that a heat pump motor that should have replaced was denied. The excuse was that it was not normal wear and tear. Bullshit
