Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

3 claims in total with select so i feel i can properly give them this 5 star rating. They are on time, fast and have a great network team for repairs. The cost of the warranty is a drop in the bucket compared to actual costs I would have to pay. Buyer approved

I completely renovated everything from top to bottom and got this warranty to keep it that way in nice and pristine condition! I don't make claims often but generally it happens from appliance issues which Select always does a mega great job fixing.

I have submitted an issue with my A/C almost a week back on May 22nd. A contractor was assigned on May 24th. The contractor never called to schedule. I had to call them to schedule (which is fine). Contractor promised to arrive on May 28th. Although it was not acceptable to arrive that late given the A/C was not working and high temperatures, given the holiday I can understand why they did not give an appointment sooner. Contractor did not arrive at 11AM on 28th, infact he did not arrive at all. I kept calling him without any luck. I also called SHW and they assured me that contractor will call ASAP but call did not come. I called SHW again articulating what happend, but the only thing the... Read More
