Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

I have to give a big thank you to my friend for letting me know about Select's repair services. After my first claim I can also say the replacement parts used are top notch and the company really bent backward to fit my time schedule.

I can't give below a 1 start, but that's where I would rank this God awful company. I filed a claim on 5/14/19 for my AC unitand confirmed by phone a few hours later that it was received. The rep confirmed the claim had been received and was told it would be "24-48 hours" for a response by email. However, I was called 48 hours later with a barrage of questions regarding said unit and was told I would receive an email in "24-48 hours". I receive an email with contractors info and contacted them to set up an appt... Was told that they had contacted SHW the week prior to defer any claims as they were backlogged and had 14 claims waiting. Was also told about how many other claims with this... Read More

I give claims a round of applause for setting everything up for repair in one day and three days later giving me an appointment that was around my work schedule. Everything kept clean and clear and nothing dripped all over causing excess mess (a problem I had in the past). The team that came was also very polite.

Having a Select warranty has saved my wife and I close to a thousand dollars over the past 3 years in repair work. Cheap chinese parts break often and having this warranty really lessens the burden of over priced fees in repair around the area.

This is the WORSE company that I ever dealt with. I put a claim in July 2018 for my oven. They gave me a number to call the company and when I called them they said they don't do any work for select home warranty anymore. Too make this short they gave me 2 more numbers to call and both companies had said the same thing. We don't deal with home select warranty anymore . We are in May and still haven't had a technician come out to my house. Home select warranty y'all really did me wrong and quick to take my $$ for the year which I paid cause I trusted y'all.. Can I get my money back!! Thanks for nothing

Bought a warranty March 6, 2019, 2 months 63 days in My dishwasher broke down they gave me a claim number sent a tech to my house we paid $60.00 for the service call. Need a control board they denied my claim saying the plan was only 30 days old, they stated the first 30 days is a "cool down period" the second 30 days is an" activation period" after explaining to them the math did not add up they put it in review? today May 17th, 2019 10 days after my claim they told me after having to call them for the 8th time that it was now 35 days for the cooldown and activation period? total rip off the should not be in business, there should be a law against this kind of scammers I will be... This is the WORSE company that I ever dealt with and I'm 70 years old. They repeated lied to me made promises that they didn't keep and after I canceled my policy it took me FIVE (5) MONTHS to get my refund. Avoid this company at all costs.

Select is a gracious company that came out of there way to fix a wet pool of water under my crawl space. Nice quality craftsmanship and explained all the details of the work done too.

They really care at Select about customer satisfaction. I asked them if they would let me hire a local guy I know and reimburse me and they took 4 days and got back to me with an approval and after I send in the receipt mailed me a check in 45 days. Classy service

The guys are real money savers! My $400 warranty has repaired 3 household items and has well for paid for itself. Great staff and very support service in all the departments I spoke with.
