Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

Pricing on the warranty is very affordable. Staff is very experience in problems and provides the right company for claims on the first try. My claims take about 2 weeks to get complete. I am happy with how I am treated.

You finally got a service done in less than three weeks. You weren't able to find anyone to do the job for my first two repair requests. You had someone out to do the repair within 48 hours.

This company absolutely stinks. No companies want to work for them, and they never follow up or respond to calls. I have been without air conditioning for over a month now with no resolve. When the air conditioning companies find out it is a select home warranty claim, they say they don't want to do the work because of lack of compensation and the amount of hoops they have to jump through. They never follow up, and they never call back like they say they are going to. Worst experience I have ever had with any type of insurance or warranty company. Save your money or use a different company.
