Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

My experience so far has been good from the first phone call to sign up with the company. My first call to report a problem at my home, The lady I spoke with was making sure she was getting all the details as we spoke. Explain how the program worked for me. Received an email from you saying that you are still working on dispatching someone to my home. Keeping me inform .Very important to the customer. Thank you.

The staff at Select warranty made repairs on my dryer. They came on time and made sure to have all my data on hand. This made the whole process very easy. I did not have to repeat myself and they did a great repair job.

I just completed my renewal with Adam S. and he was great to work with. Trying to reach the sales department when you have a full time job is really difficult since they are only open "business hours", but don't tell you that on the recording or the website. Only after you hold for a couple hours do you get told they aren't open. But the company itself is great to work with. When you need to renew your policy just remember to take day off! Thank you Adam S. !

I purchased this coverage in November to have to use it in March.. the 1st problem was I called for the claim on a Thursday was told 24 to 48hrs for contractor to contact me. Come Friday I called the contractor he couldn't come out come Saturday I called the contractor he said his contract was from Monday to Friday 8a to 430p with the company no weekends holidays or after hours. Needed plumbing work done. When I got intouch with the company I was told to call the contractor myself. Signed up on January 11th for the Platinum Care package. On March 11th I submitted a claim for my refrigerator which stopped working. The claim was assigned to a local appliance repair company who came out and stated the compressor had shorted out, wasn't worth replacing, and was recommending the unit (whole refrigerator) be replaced. Several days later I received an e-mail which stated the following: "Dear Donald Garon, We have processed claim#01045019 for your Refrigerator for policy #922554.
