Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

Thank you for your reliable and fast service on my central heating system. I never thought it would be so easy to setup a claim and have it repaired. Saving me a few hundred dollars on this claim just makes the pot so sweet and I am loving owning it.

Our cooktop has been working very well since we bought our house and finally decided to kick the bucket. My warranty program allowed me to get an operating technician to come and figure out the problem which he deemed was a failure of time. They accepted my claim and after a week installed the new cooktop. My claim went very well. This was my first.

I placed a claim in January. The first 2 contractors they assigned me never called within the 24-48 hours. I called both them, both said they no longer worked for Select Home Warranty. Third contractor did not show. When I called the warranty company to let them know, they gave me 2 choices. First, I could call him and agin and reschedule my appoint because he was the only contractor available in my area,( by the way 4 weeks into putting claim in). Second, I could hire my own, pay for the service, submit the invoice and if theyapproved it I would get reimbursed. Company hires some great handy men. Tim came from Electrical Center and was excellent in repair of a fault outlet and light that were connected to an old panel. He was on time and was easy to finalize everything with.

The operations staff is well equiped to make good on claims for appliances. I had the same contractor come twice to my home on two seperate occassions. Both times he did an excellent job, clean precise and neat.

My warranty claim is not my first with selects staff but it is the best one to date. I had no delays and scheduled was a real breeze. As a home owner a warranty with select is a worth it investment.

BEWARE this company doesn't approve claims even when its in the contract. They won't fix anything. Also, one spa repairman told me they didn't pay him for his work.

The salesman promised me a lot when I signed the contract and I was not sure if it would deliver. After two claims with support I can safely say that yes they made good on the offer to fix my garage door. We are happy to own our platinum care package.

Positive energy is how I feel about the staff on the phone and in person with Select Warranty. Fixing my fridge was straight forward and did not have any problems. The time it took to complete my job was six days.
