Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

I received a very good offer on my warranty plan. The warranty came into play to fix in the recent month our heating and cooling system broke down and we were very cold. The staff at Select was so helpful in expediting our claim and we thank you.

After my grandson through to much paper in the toilet it would not flush properly anymore. I appreciate how quickly select offered me repair service to unclog the drain. This was a really well done job.

My granddaughter helped me sign up when she moved out of our coop to help in case an appliance broke. It was a very thoughtful gift that benefited me when my range went kaput. Select service came in and was patient and replaced the unit for me.

I made a claim before so this is not my first and this time was excellent like the first one. I had to give the model information on the phone for the garbage disposal and then I got a call back with all the proper appointment timing. The repair company was on time and discussed all my repair options. I opted for a reimbursement check rather than repair the motor. Was a very good experience.

Worst managers! They called me to confirm my purchase ( for 4 houses) giving me wrong quotes, bad attitude and showing poor records keeping. They couldn’t put anything in writing until after I purchased a plan... seriously? After they changed price, terms and conditions... beware... this company is scamming people

Worst experience ever!!!!!!! After placing a claim in three days they gave me three different reasons for denying it. All of them sounded ridiculous!!! I canceled the policy and for a month and a half am waiting to be refunded. It's a shame!!!! Worst home warranty company!

Terrible company. What they don’t tell you is you can only receive up to $150 cap in your first 6 months of service. So you really only receive true benefits for 6 months. And then only if they decide to pay. I have called, complained and everything I can think off and can’t get a manager to call me or get a contractor to my house from them. This is a scam........

They came to make repairs on my dish washer. The cable had a malfunction and they were able to fix it without to much fanfare. The parts did not cost me anything and it was a pleasant experience.

Had three issues and they found a reason not to cover all three, plus when I had an issue it would take days for them to find me a provider to fix the issue. Horrible follow up and too many loopholes for them to not cover. Stay away.
