Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

Do not spend your money on this company (Select Home Warranty). I had my warranty for just under 2 years with them. I never filed a claim during this time. Select Home Warranty is incompetent. When I just recently filed a claim on my HVAC systems it was a miserable experience. Please DO NOT USE THIS warranty company. Any questions please contact me. Mason F.

Since my contract made three years ago I have had consistently high grades of service from the staff at Select home warranty. They order good quality parts and staff specialists from around my area. Wait times are ranging in the week of call. Overall valuable

I have been trying to get someone to come and look at my ac for a month now and I still can’t get them to send one one out there. All I ever get is excuses. Every time I ask to speak to a manager no one is ever available. I have no idea how they have a 9/10 rating on this site. Oh wait I do it says they are partners here that’s why. This company does nothing they say they will do. If I could leave negative stars I would.

The electric cook top stopped turning on and kept me out of the kitchen for a week. If it was not for the service departments speedy work on finding a appliance repair company and parts, this could have take longer. I like my warranty.

Please whatever y’all do don’t get select home warranty as your company to fix you appliances in your home. I did and my ice maker quit working made a claim took them 2 months to get someone out here to look at it, when he got here he said it was the filter in ice maker and fridge that was the problem plus the motor in ice maker. He came back with new motor and filters, at least that’s what he said, but when I looked at it after my husband called me asking if he fixed it, I said he said yes to my mom, that my fridge was now flashing 14 E on the front and there was nothing new in it. Now my fridge is more broke now then what it was before. I can’t change temps on fridge or freezer or change... Read More

A week before Thanksgiving my secondary oven broke down. I needed the extra kitchen for the big meal I was making. Select provided a quick turn around time on repair and parts. I was very happy about it.
