Select Home Warranty helped save me at least $300 in appliance repairs over the past year. Now that my contract is almost up making a new contract is a no brainer. My cost for my warranty for the year was $399.
The heat unit just would not come up 2 days ago and I was gonna flip my wig. It was total freezing out and I had no clue what I was going to do if Select could not expedite a repair man. Janet was helpful when I called and said the emergency service team would call. they did and setup a meeting for the same day! They came and kick started the machine and the heat came back up. This is incredible service, thank you!!
Excellent! The call process and online setup of my appointment were pretty fast and having my Central house unit repaired in under 40 minutes by a licensed dealer is impressive. I will renew soon thank you.
The contractor was excellent in all of his areas of expertise. appliances, parts, how to replace and I was even given options for my repair. Very reputable vendor Thanks select for finding them so fast.
Our furnance su.. is terrible, the noise that kept coming out of it was making me crazy at night. Select hired a specialist who came and found something crawling inside. Yuck. The unit is now super quiet and I can sleep quiet again.
They must be really great to their contractor network because I seem to always get friendly and smart people to my door. Never once did they do a bad job and I will renew with Select in about a month again.
The response to my ice maker not creating ice cube was good on scheduling a time and brilliant on the actual repair job done. He replaced the entire ice maker and I am glad to be able to make smoothies again.
Don't ever go with these ratings. I signed up based on their ratings. But, this company is a total fraud. I signed up for 3 years thinking it is really a good one. I had my microwave/oven combo unit (worth $ 3500-4000) break down. The microwave part is working while the oven only heats up to 150 degrees. It seems its control board is faulty and needs repair. I called them warranty office and filed a claim. I had to keep calling them for 3-4 weeks and, with lot of difficulty, got hold up a supervisor to make someone come and take a look at the oven. Select Home Warranty(SHW) fantastic support. Service needed on 11/12 and a support sent a tech on 11/13. The food in my fridge could have spoiled however SHW told me keep it closed and it will stay ok till the next morning. They had genuine concern and called and maked sure the appliance person came in the early morning.
Response to a ceiling leak was within 30 minutes of my initial call. Contractor arrived on time and showed me where the water leaked in and flashed the area so that I would have no future issue. I found my experience positive.
