Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

I was about to not renew because my first year was a waste of money. They told me if I renewed they would give me a 40% discount. I took it and now 2 weeks in my Backing Oven stopped. Its a really expensive unit. They got me a contractor and covered all repair costs. That how things always work out it seems. Glad I renewed now.

My experience with Select has been so good I even contacted the BBB to leave them positive feedback. The vendor that came to my house said my washer dryer double unit was not good and they replaced both with brand new ones. I am so happy with these new units!

The service is great. I had to follow up with the service provider to make sure they had me in the system and were coming on time. If i didn't they weren't going to have been their till much later and I had work. It was an extra step but worth it in the end.

On the Service Call: Was very straight forward, nothing amazing to talk about. They got me a contractor within 3 hours. Contractor Mr. Gordon was on time and late on the second day doing repairs. He was clean and repaired and brought new parts for the dryer.

A drain backup in the kitchen into the laundy room occured. Put request in for service and was given Peak Plumbing. They called up within 4 hours and Matt setup an appointment. Oren came and cleaned out the pipe and flushed it. He told me to not flush certain things down the toilet and was nice and funny about it. Very pleased with his work.

Every previous time I have had to engage Select Home Warranty they came through like a champ. I easily schedule a technician in 5 minutes over the phone and technicians arrive within 24 hours. They are clean and do the proper checks and repairs. I will recommend you fellas to my friends.

I just started my new contract with Select Warranty for another 2 years. In the past year I was with them my garbage disposal motor burned out and was replaced and secondary freezer too. I like the timeliness I have received and the security this warranty gives me from breakdowns.

SHW Was really responsive to my malfunctioning Central heating unit. They sent out Electro Plus to me after we spoke on the phone for 30 minutes. Electro Plus called me in 60 and scheduled a time frame between 10am and 1pm the following day. On time and completed the task within 3 hours and dispossed of all the trash and draining that needed to be done.
