Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

The Service employees are very quick and friendly with my central a/c heating unit problems. It took 3 days for all work to be done.

Select fixed and replaced our water heater that was leaking, super job. Easy request system, clean up repair work was not a problem and contractor was good. I am very satisfied with Select Home Warranty.

I purchased this warranty it Sept. 2016. In May of 2017 my air conditioner quit working. I called them. They gave me a phone number of a person on their repair list. I called could never get through. Called Select. They said they got a hold of them no problem the repair co. will call me in a couple days. No response. Called Select again. They told me to find my own and they would take care of it. So my brother is a master tech and sent a friend to my house that has his own company that is also a master tech (Only because my brother lives on the other side of town). I called to find out where to send my paperwork into they told me since I didn't get it approved they may not cover... Read More

It is a ripp off and stay away from it at all cost, they have a policy that they use to pay up to $150 for any system that does not have 3 years maintenance record. I am current customer, my system was broken down and noraml ware down, but they only paid me $150 for it.

The additional heater for the house is installed in the guest room. I got it checked for winter and found it in non-working state. The Expert arranged by Select replaced some wires which had hardened due to continuous heating for long spells. Thanks Select as the additional heater is now working fine.

When the central Vacuum was not functioning properly I had to take the support from Select claims. They agreed to send in the technician for repairs and he arrived the next day. The repair was fast and done efficiently.

My Select home warranty came handy for the second time in this year when I found stains on my clothes after the clothes washing cycle. The technician replaced two electrical parts in order to make the machine function properly. Now the clothes come out spick and span from the clothes washer. Thanks Select!

The additional AC unit installed in the lobby area has been used quite frequently and I was not surprised when it broke down. It had to be serviced and repaired and the technician did a good job. The Select home warranty came to my rescue at the right moment.

I was quite mad when I came to know that the ceiling fan was not working. Then I decided to have a look at my home warranty coverage and thanked my stars when I found the Ceiling fan listed there.
