Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

The gentlemen that came to look at our units seemed very knowledgeable in their trade. They were quick to resolve the problem. I was very happy that the work was completed fast and efficiently.

Our recent experience with Select Home Warranty was a positive one. We needed our A/C fixed. We were told we had one part that was broken and the contractor that came out actually found out that there were multiple parts that needed repair. He arrived when scheduled and was very professional.

We have the Platinum care coverage...Its a joke. Garbage disposal went out, which is supposed to be covered. We were told the plan only covered $75 on garbage disposal....NO where in the plan was this stated, and in fact, it states it covers all modules components and parts of the garbage disposal necessary the functionality of the garbage disposal...we were then told there was an addendum to the contract. We wound up buying and installing ourselves and filing for reimbursement. THEN we had to sign a reimbursement form and wait ANOTHER 30 days. That was December 11th...We have yet to receive a reimbursement check and its January 25th..We first filed the claim NOVEMBER... Read More

This is the WORST company I have ever had to deal with. If you go to the BBB and look at their rating, they do not have one. They have a 15% positive and 74% negative rating.... Check out the FB page that warns against them.....they remove any negative comments on their own FB page. Avoid these crooks like the plague.

My washer needs help. Not draining. I had to wait about a week for work to be done on my washer, but it was worth it. It was fixed within an hour.

Please do not select this home warranty...The customer service dept has a horrible attitude. The company can't seem find service techs to help you as well.

DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE CROOKS!! They gave me the "depreciated" value of my appliance, which could not even cover the repair. AHS is the best.

The Worst-Customer Service ever Encountered, Be Careful and Read Policy Before you Buy!!! it Is not as Sales Agents Described, may be to late to once you have a Claim... VERY DISAPPOINTED!! If you Own 2 HVAC at your Home only Covers One. and only $150.00 max cap for the first 4 months
