Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

This is the worst home warranty every. Don't use them because it's a scam and they will never fix any appliance. The worst experience ever

Contractor arrived on time, if not early. Diagnosed the problem very quickly and within the hour, I was able to do laundry again. Very satisfied with the professional appearance and verbal explanation of the issue. Would hire again.

Don't do it, they have lingo in every part of their contract NOT TO PAY. don't go with this company no matter how good the deal is. in 4 months they go over 500 out of me just to cancel.

do not get this warranty ...not good ...so mad ...my washer stop working 2012 model. I paid for the repair .... she said will mail a check for 100.00 .. I paid 325.00 for the repair...not happy at all

called them when the fan had gone out on my HVAC system. The bill was $594; They only paid $150.00, which I have never received.

This company is a complete sham! I contacted the BBB and the Attorney Generals Office in LR, AR hoping to help others avoid being ripped off by these people. They do not honor their own contract. Once they have your money you're screwed. STAY AWAY!!
