ServicePlus offers two types of plans: Gold and Platinum.

Both of these have a series of optional add-ons, such as pools, spas, central vacuum, limited roof leaks, and septic systems, to name a few. Their pre-packaged plans can therefore be expanded to suit every homeowner's needs.

No home inspection is required to purchase a policy. Appliance and system coverage is guaranteed regardless of age, make, or model. However, maintenance records are required for service and the company has a pre-existing condition policy which is unusual in the industry and may limit coverage.

For a single-family home in a small midwestern city, ServicePlus' Gold Plan premium is $569. The company's Platinum plan for the same home runs $649. An annual contract is required for both plans and premiums must be paid on an annual basis.

ServicePlus does not require a home inspection. Coverage starts 30 days after you sign your contract. The company has a 30-day cancellation policy in place.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel this Agreement within the first thirty (30) days of the order date for a full refund of the paid contract fees, less any service costs incurred by us.

If this Agreement is canceled after thirty (30) days, you shall be entitled to a pro rata refund of the paid contract fee for the unexpired term, less a $50 administrative fee and any service costs incurred by us.

If we have provided services and the amount of the service costs incurred by us is greater than the contract fees paid, then no refund will be due to you.

Great deal for the warranty they should had doors and cabinets to part of service and reading review have scared me about the company I hope I don't have issues this the the one I have tried they all have the same complaints need to hire better contractor to rep your businesses

Someone called me within minutes after I inquired. I talked to a real person and they gave me all the information I needed to know. The other company continues to robo call me and spam is happening 3 times a day. I’m sure both companies offer good services, but it’s nice to know I can talk to a person these days and get immediate feedback and answers.

I am replacing Home Warranty - my current company called to renew and cost was 200 more a year - service calls for Total Home is $10 more than current; however, I filed a claim with my current for my garbage disposal and they were unable to locate someone in my area and offered to reimburse me. i was able to locate 2 within 30 minutes by sending a message to my community. Hopefully this is a reputable company - I gave pause when I opened up this site and found a lawsuit the first thing.

Eli Hill was my sales representative, and I must say if the company is as good as Eli was at selling, it must be a fantastic company. I just purchased the Platinum Plan and it appears to cover almost everything. I just hope it is as good as it appears.

I had specific issues with my current warranty company and wanted to be sure THP would be able to provide warranty service with out the same issues. My salesperson, Carter Shaw, was extremely helpful and explained the process for service. The whole process was quick and painless.

Very deceptive. Sales people are good. All I have had approved was a running toilet and a garbage disposal replacement. They denied my water heater, refrigerator and other big appliances. They find a reason not to pay. Always your fault. Things break. Signed for 5 years got 6th year free. Sounded great. Tried to cancel - clause let’s them deduct what costs THEY have incurred from your refund. I had 3 years left and was only going to get $210 back. I should get like $900. Didn’t read part b in section XII. Unresponsive until they are ready to deny your claim. Their customer portal is not user friendly. The customer service is poor. Provide dishonest and poor quality service. A complete rip off. I had 2 policies with them and referred a friend. All 3 policies received no and poor quality service if any service at all. Will not refund money for poor service. BEWARE THIS COMPANY!

Very poor customer service, i couldn't make a claim on a Saturday. Never happened to me on other warranty companies. Customer service always keep ringing, no one picks up the call. Regretting that i got the service from them, planning to cancel the service.
