ServicePlus offers two types of plans: Gold and Platinum.

Both of these have a series of optional add-ons, such as pools, spas, central vacuum, limited roof leaks, and septic systems, to name a few. Their pre-packaged plans can therefore be expanded to suit every homeowner's needs.

No home inspection is required to purchase a policy. Appliance and system coverage is guaranteed regardless of age, make, or model. However, maintenance records are required for service and the company has a pre-existing condition policy which is unusual in the industry and may limit coverage.

For a single-family home in a small midwestern city, ServicePlus' Gold Plan premium is $569. The company's Platinum plan for the same home runs $649. An annual contract is required for both plans and premiums must be paid on an annual basis.

ServicePlus does not require a home inspection. Coverage starts 30 days after you sign your contract. The company has a 30-day cancellation policy in place.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel this Agreement within the first thirty (30) days of the order date for a full refund of the paid contract fees, less any service costs incurred by us.

If this Agreement is canceled after thirty (30) days, you shall be entitled to a pro rata refund of the paid contract fee for the unexpired term, less a $50 administrative fee and any service costs incurred by us.

If we have provided services and the amount of the service costs incurred by us is greater than the contract fees paid, then no refund will be due to you.

The representative was very helpful and knowledgeable about the home Protection plan. CHRIS, the representative gave me Pease of Mind, when I gave him many examples of trouble we have had in the past. He assured me of the future and Home Warranty.

The sales man was courteous and answered all my questions. I had been shopping around for a warranty company and I was offered the best deal from Total Home Protection. If and when I need service I hope the response is just as favorable.

Hello, my name is Linda M. My policy # is . I called your company the 1st of February requesting a plumber. I was given a name and number to call, which I did and no one has called me back. I called your company again, they referred me to another company. This company keeps telling me that some one will call to make an appointment with me. I have called and left messages 3 times, and no one has called back to confirm an appointment. This is ridiculous,. I have been with your company since 2018 and never filed a claim. I’ve been thinking about trying to find a company that would help me to deal with my appliances if they developed some difficulties! I had a very helpful assistant, he was very helpful in describing options. I’m looking forward to knowing that I have a plan that will help me if I should need a professional technician to check out what is creating the problem and how to fix it!!! It sounds like just what I was looking for, hopefully I don’t have to use it for a long time—but I now have something that will help me should something come up! Thanks 😉

The agent I spoke with was very knowledgeable about my questions. It is in top 5 and has a better rate; in the top 5; and Jimmy help me with discounts I did not know of as well as my Senior Discount. He was very patient with me as I tend to ramble about things and he was respectful and allowed me to talk my way to my concerns. It was great to start it off with 2 months of free service. At 75 I am very selective of use of my limited funds.

I have previously worked with two other home warranty companies, both of which have failed to meet my expectations. The services and pricing offered by Total Home Protection Home Warranty, as explained by Jimmy Roseboom, exceed those previously offered. Being retired and on a fixed income the sense of security provided by this program is of utmost importance. The 24 hour technician response is something I definitely want. Negotiating and establishing an agreement was quick and easy. Jimmy was professional and answered all of my questions. Looking forward to our ongoing relationship.

I haven t had to use the yet, praise be to God. But I feel better already just knowing I have this to fall back on in case I do have a situation that I know I would be struggling with because I live on a fixed income, and have no savings to fall back on. I have been very blessed to have had only two crisis to deal with since my husbands passing. As he left me with a good bit of debt it was impossible for me to afford to even try to get insurance. Just as I thought I could see the light at the end of the tunnel, my water pump, water tank, and breaker all had to be replaced. This cost me over 1200.00.
