ServicePlus offers two types of plans: Gold and Platinum.

Both of these have a series of optional add-ons, such as pools, spas, central vacuum, limited roof leaks, and septic systems, to name a few. Their pre-packaged plans can therefore be expanded to suit every homeowner's needs.

No home inspection is required to purchase a policy. Appliance and system coverage is guaranteed regardless of age, make, or model. However, maintenance records are required for service and the company has a pre-existing condition policy which is unusual in the industry and may limit coverage.

For a single-family home in a small midwestern city, ServicePlus' Gold Plan premium is $569. The company's Platinum plan for the same home runs $649. An annual contract is required for both plans and premiums must be paid on an annual basis.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel this Agreement within the first thirty (30) days of the order date for a full refund of the paid contract fees, less any service costs incurred by us.

If this Agreement is canceled after thirty (30) days, you shall be entitled to a pro rata refund of the paid contract fee for the unexpired term, less a $50 administrative fee and any service costs incurred by us.

If we have provided services and the amount of the service costs incurred by us is greater than the contract fees paid, then no refund will be due to you.

If it wasn't for Total Home Protection I don't think my family would be eating. I had a total water supply failure causing not only my house to flood, but my fridge to break because it's a ice maker/water dispenser, my washer to burn up, and my hot water tank to pump sediments into my water pipes. If I wasn't covered by THP repairs were going to cost me an arm and a leg, but thankfully for THP they repaired what they could and replaced what was necessary. Thank you Total Home.

I have 2 homes with THP. The furnace at home #2 quit working, so I called THP for help. They sent out an amazing repair company. They couldn't find the problem on the first visit so came back 3 more times and did diagnostics on the furnace. For a while we thought we'd need a new furnace. Well, my repair company worked hard and finally found the problem. THP won't pay the repair cost and labor because of the diagnostics time to find the problem. Replacing the furnace would have cost a whole lot more.. I am very angry and looking for a company that appreciates their customers.

I’m so happy that I found total home protection. My roof started to leak slightly. I was nervous it would get pretty bad and I called the THP customer service line and they took care of it ASAP. The next day it rained, and I did not have to be concerned about the leak at all. They are so helpful and the service is so fast. They took the worry out of a major problem. Would recommend them to everyone.

In May this year, I was looking for a home warranty (1 year plan). An agent convinced me for a $900 /3-year plan saying that I could cancel anytime with a prorated refund. In November, I decided to cancel the warranty and called an agent. The first agent said that if I cancel, the prorated refund will be based on an annual rate of $600/year (or $1800/year), so I will be getting only ~$500 refund. I was shocked because I'm expecting the fee should be based on the $900 I paid. The policy also suggested that what the contract fee I paid is the fee I will get refunded - there is no mention of any other definition of "contract fee" whatsoever in the policy. My home is a fixer-upper. I started renovating my place from the ground up. I replaced so much and bought new appliances and everything. Since I invested so much money, I wanted to protect everything. I bought a policy with Total Home Protection. I got it just in time because a pipe burst! I didn't have to cover the pipe repair AND all of the expenses for the related damage on my own, they definitely helped me out so much. An investment that pays for itself!

Thank you Total Home for being the best warranty I could have asked for. They helped me patch up a leak from the roof at no cost because it was covered under normal wear and tear. I was under a lot of stress about it but Total Home made everything from scheduling the technician to filing a claim so easy.

Total Home Protection has been a great company to me and has been there any time I needed them! When I initially inquired, they offered me an awesome rate that fit right into my budget and a policy that fit my needs perfectly. I have utilized my warranty on several occasions to replace a refrigerator that had withstood the test of time, and more recently, fixed a faucet that leaked and pored onto my floor every time it was turned on. Total Home Protection made the process of fixing and replacing these issues very, very easy and convenient. I would recommend this company to anyone

I had a water leak under my kitchen sink, and Total Home Protection was right there to help me with it. The rep I spoke to actually assisted me in stopping the leak until the contractor came to fix it completely by the next day. I was really impressed by this great customer service.
