ServicePlus offers two types of plans: Gold and Platinum.

Both of these have a series of optional add-ons, such as pools, spas, central vacuum, limited roof leaks, and septic systems, to name a few. Their pre-packaged plans can therefore be expanded to suit every homeowner's needs.

No home inspection is required to purchase a policy. Appliance and system coverage is guaranteed regardless of age, make, or model. However, maintenance records are required for service and the company has a pre-existing condition policy which is unusual in the industry and may limit coverage.

For a single-family home in a small midwestern city, ServicePlus' Gold Plan premium is $569. The company's Platinum plan for the same home runs $649. An annual contract is required for both plans and premiums must be paid on an annual basis.

ServicePlus does not require a home inspection. Coverage starts 30 days after you sign your contract. The company has a 30-day cancellation policy in place.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel this Agreement within the first thirty (30) days of the order date for a full refund of the paid contract fees, less any service costs incurred by us.

If this Agreement is canceled after thirty (30) days, you shall be entitled to a pro rata refund of the paid contract fee for the unexpired term, less a $50 administrative fee and any service costs incurred by us.

If we have provided services and the amount of the service costs incurred by us is greater than the contract fees paid, then no refund will be due to you.

My AC system broke and required maintenance a few weeks ago. Since I have an extended warranty with them, I called Total Home Protection. I spoke to James to file a claim and he was able to schedule a contractor to come out the same day! He arrived a few hours later and I was very happy because it was very hot! My capacitor had gone out, so under the warranty he replaced it. I love my extended warranty. And the customer service reps were very helpful. Thank you.

I am so glad I have a Total Home Protection extended warranty. My garbage disposal just stopped working and I couldn't dispose of the food in my sink. The food in the sink backed up and I called Total Home Protection and they came out the next day. When the repairman came over he was able to remove the debris and poured a solution in the sink and it started working instantly! There was no out of pocket cost but it just cost me my deductible. What a way to give good service and to not worry about the cost. Thank you THP for your Great Service!

Having just brought a new home you never think about breakdowns or replacing anything right away. Well, this happen to us, our oven stopped working and we thought we would have to purchase a new one. But since we had invested in a plan with Total Home Protection we made the call and the courteous representative helped us with our problem. They sent out a service technician the next morning, who was prompt. He looked at our oven he was able to see it was a minor malfunction of the pilot light. I purchased the Platinum protection plan when we moved into our first home. As a new homeowner, I wanted the peace of mind of being protected just in case. I’m so glad we did because just a year after moving in, our garbage disposal stopped working. I called THP and customer service was understanding and empathetic to the situation. They set up same day repair and had a technician at my house just a few hours after I called. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. The repair was quickly taken care of and all I had to pay was my deductible. I’m so glad I decided to purchase this protection plan and I’m very happy with it!

Total Home Protection has simplified my life. My home central air stopped working one night. All I did was call Total Home Protection and they arranged for a contractor to come over. Sarah came on time and was very nice. She said I was out of freon. She refilled it and I was good to go. All it cost me was my deductible. I highly recommend Total Home Protection to all home owners.

I can honestly say that one of the best choices I have ever made has been choosing Total Home Protection extended warranty. I have been very pleased with their services. The customer services is always great. And they are very fast and professional with getting a tech to come out. One morning I had a problem with my dishwasher, it stopped working and was beginning to leak on the floor. I was able to call Total Home Protection and they arranged for a service tech to come out. Daniel was able to clear the line and it does not leak anymore. It was back to washing dishes like it had been before. All I paid was the deductible. I highly suggest this company and their great warranty

I must say that I am so glad I chose THP for my home protection needs. A couple of days ago I had a bad leak in my bathroom which caused water to go everywhere. I was so glad I did not have to go through the trouble of worrying about what I was going to do. All I did was make one call to THP and told customer service my problem. They scheduled a contractor to come over the next day to take a look. He found a crack in the pipe under the sink and was able to replace it. I must say I was very happy and relieved knowing that I was covered and it didn't take weeks for them to repair the problem. We are so happy to be using our bathroom as normal again. In June of this year, I purchased complete Total Home Protection plan to make sure that some items in my home were covered since I had just purchased my home. Last week my garage door stopped working. I called THP and spoke with customer service for an appointment. The next morning a contractor was at my home figuring out what went wrong with my garage door. Come to find out some of the wires were burned out and the electricity wasn't passing through it properly. Within the hour he had fixed it and all I had to pay was the deductible fee.
