When randomly falling and hitting my head on the bookcase, cupboard door, or floor became a kind-of habit, every time I hit the Bay Alarm button my phone rang almost immediately. It was a rep and s/he always asked me if I needed medical help, then reassured me help was on the way. There was never a time when I panicked that I wouldn't get assistance.
At 88yrs. and in excellent health, I have not had any recent need for coverage. Lucky me. Years ago I received advice and help for a broken wrist and P.T. for a back strain. Walking and indoor bicycling gives me adequate exercise.
the bracelet they give you is beyond ugly.......and for what we pay they should make it better.......

I know it is there if I need it, gives my children relief knowing it works when needed. At 82 I still operate my tractor on my 32 acres without worry.
Has been very helpful for my mother, she has fallen a couple of times but a push of the button had her help shortly. They are quick and professional . I know I sleep much better at night even though she is 1200 mi away.
I have nothing to complain about at this time.
My mom had a fall and Dad couldn't get her up. They hit the panic button we installed at ground level and help was instantaneous. All of the family was notified. Very grateful and very impressed.
My mother loves this it take some worry away from me, she is 94 and still wants to live alone, price is a little high
