I purchased a Bay Medical alarm for my mother a few months ago. I have been extremely pleased with the service. The alarm tested well from every room in her house, and even from in a car on her driveway! The people who answer the alert are very professional and understanding, especially if she accidentally sets off an alarm. I can sleep better at night knowing Bay Medical is on watch, just the push of a button away.

My father is 85 years old and lives alone. I feel so much better since he has the alarm system. Every time we test it the answering service people are always most helpful and very nice to talk to. I would say the service is very good so far.

I feel very secure with Bay Alarm. Especially knowing if I should fall, I don't have to push a button. My Son is doing this for me and it is greatly appreciated. Any time I have the need to talk to you someone is always there to answer my question. I was also very impressed when my power went out and I had a phone call from you immediately to make sure I knew the power was out. Thanks again for making me feel safe and secure.

We bought your service for my 91 year old mom in August - and she has needed it twice already! Once for a fall, and once because she was having trouble breathing. Both times she needed hospitalization and that happened quickly and efficiently. We were notified as per the plan. We are grateful for this extra support and while we hope she won't need it again, we're sure grateful that she can push the button when she needs to. Thank you!

I am only 74 years old, but after my husband died I felt uneasy living alone. So I got the services of Bay Alarm Medical Alert. Although I've never had to use it, I am comforted in knowing that should I fall or have a medical emergency, help is just a "button" away!! I had no problems with the service until this year. i did not receive any notification that it was time to renew until AFTER the renewal period ended due to a change of credit card. Instead of entering the new credit card we purchased another unit and notified the company by email that we no longer needed the service and to cancel. Since then I've received about 6 letters and another 6 or so emails demanding the amount for the next full year was due since we didn't cancel on time. There has been no human replies to my mails or e-mails explaining the situation, only generic demand letters and emails. I would no longer recommend this company to anyone. We ordered Bay Medical Alert wrist alarm for my housebound friend. It took some time and communication to get it working but it is working and is checked on monthly. The wearer had fallen several times without being able to get help. Now he will be able to get help. He has been wearing it now for almost a year.

I am fairly new to your service (less hen a month). I had mini stroke & at that point I could not make sense of any words spoken. I was aware of what was happening to me & after a few minutes I as able to comprehend words again. After hospitalization I contacted Bay Alert & spoke to Ashley & Trish who were most friendly & knowledgable answering ALL my questions. After researching several alarm companies I & my daughter decided this was the best one for our needs & finances. She, I and my family are feeling at ease and more secure with the alarm & help is on the way if needed as I live alone.
