We pay for My 94 year old mother n law to have your alarm. Thankfully, she has not needed it, but we have tested it numerous times AND she has accidentally set it off...EVERY time a very calming and professional associate has come on the speaker ready to assist. I am VERY satisfied with the service and the price for the peace of mind my husband and I now have! I do not understand the negative comments about people not getting their money back? The company has many payment plans and pricing is set depending on the payment choice you make. In my situation, I pay every 3 months which is more economical than paying monthly and less than paying yearly, BUT I would not expect a company to give... Read More

This was the best idea in the world. I have three buttons that I can push for help. One on my wrist, one on the base station, and one in my bathroom. When I realized that the people on the other end of the phone could get me police and fire help, I had the same peace of mind that my family had with just the medical help. The system was very easy to hook up, and everybody was very friendly when we tested the system over and over again. I don't know why I didn't do this sooner. -Carol Carrico

Having ordered Bay Alarm for my Mom, It arrived very quickly and I set up in a few minutes. Tried the alert button for testing and see what the response time would be. Found the person on the other end called back in about 35 seconds, which to me was a fairly normal response time. Other than that haven't had to use it which is a good thing!

I've never had a medical emergency since getting my medical alert necklace about a year ago but have tested it several times. Unfortunately, the last time I did a test to be sure everything was working correctly something didn't connect at the other end. I got the "Calling for Help" message and "connecting call" message, then nothing. I waited and waited and thought "this isn't good, I could be dead by now" when after about 3-4 minutes my phone disconnected. I called back and it went through as it should and was told they would reset my equipment and to call back in 2 mins. During that 2 minute wait the paramedics showed up at my door, my son was called and my other contact was... Read More

Have not yet had to use for an emergency but did alarm go off a few times by accident and the response was quick and the person who answered each time was courteous and understanding about it being an accidental alarm. They made sure everything was okay and did thank me for using Bay Alarm. I do appreciate their understanding the situation. I would definitely recommend Bay Alarm to friends.

I am 94 years old and live alone except I do have my Bay Alarm Medical alert that is my constant companion. I recently fell in my back yard as I bent over and was unable to get up.as my hip replacement had come out of place, Shortly after pushing my alarm I heard the EMS coming to my aid. My alarm system was stationed approximately 50 feet away and worked perfectly.

Fortunately I haven't had to use my medical alert, but it makes me and my husband feel more secure to know that I have it just in case I need it. I have fallen before I purchased my medical alert. That is why my husband decided it's time to get it. Thank you Bay Alarm Medical Alert!
